What a gem! Passed this place so many times and finally went in. Husband and I shared a drink, a half order of fettuccini Alfredo and an order of veal parm with potato and veggies. Everything was absolutely delicious! The quality of the pasta was incredible; the red sauce on the veal was different- more sweet and herbaceous than I'm used to. But the more sauce we ate, the more we loved it. The restaurant is pretty and spotless clean and the chairs are so comfortable. Service was totally on point. Prices are fair. Can't wait to go back.

This place is my most reliable stop off for dinner between Brooklyn and union county. I travel this route M-F. I come here often and it never disappoints. I drive past all the Brooklyn hot spots (Gino’s, bamontes and Michaels) and arrive at Casa Verde because of the quality of the Italian food. If you travel this route I highly suggest stopping in if you are hungry for a great meal.

Our favorites are the chicken parm and the seafood pasta. And if you’re looking to order delivery for pizza night, there is no better margarita pizza on the island!

I have been eating at this establishment for 14 years. I have had many wonderful meals and memories shared with the staff. Unfortunately, the owner is new. He bought the place in 2023. I was weary initially but was told by Adam (the previous owner) that the restaurant was going to be in good hands. My family and I have dined in and have had takeout at least half a dozen times. The food has changed and not for the better. I dined in one time and the owner was very condescending. I recently learned that he’s extremely rude to his staff. The staff is always so kind, knowledgeable and polite. I will never patronize this establishment again.
