Place and order over the phone and even confirmed what the order was twice. When it got to me the order was partially wrong, called to let them know told me that it was put in that way and I wasn’t charged for the mistake. But now I have food that I didn’t want and paid for and no effort was made to rectify the situation.

ordered the October special,12 wings a pizza and a soda.The wings were horrible they were deep fried and you couldn't even tell it was wings.The pizza was flat as a board with no taste.The only thing that tasted good was the soda.I will never order from this shithole again
Decent grab and go pizza on my first visit to Staten Island. Noticed it on a morning run and wanted to try it. Had a pepperoni slice and a thick crust chicken slice, that I think had rach drizzled on top. Probably was not the best thing to do after a run?

Straight up won't give you your whole order and will gaslight you and say it isn't on the receipt lmao. Even when you try to show them the charge compared to their own posted prices they'll fight you and not give you your full order and will pocket the money. Really ridiculous. EDIT: they amended their mistake which I appreciate.
