Food is all good and variety is wide. A nice place to go with about six people. You can have a nice social eating experience cooking and sharing food. Overall, my take on hotpot in general is it's OK, but I prefer other forms of Chinese food given the choice. Nonetheless, I will go back as it is a fun evening when shared with good friends.

The first few times I came here when it first opened, things were great, but the last time I came here in 2023, it just wasn't as good. There was definitely a decline in quality. I still enjoy 99 Favor Taste as a chain; it's better in other boroughs.

My skin is still crawling from eating at this place. My son has been asking to go to a Korean barbecue place and we wanted to try the hot pot as well. This place had a lot of good reviews so I figured we would try it. All of the meats were very low quality and extremely chewy. We ended up spitting most of it out. I ordered two different steaks and they were covered in so much pepper it immediately gave you heartburn, my kids wouldn't touch it. We asked for water for the table, and every time I poured it it looked like there was an oil film on top, pretty gross. I ended up ordering canned drinks to know it was safe. I had to walk my son to the bathroom and I noticed the walls and doors looked very filthy everywhere. I don't know where all of these good reviews come from, but I will never return. This place needs a major cleanup.

Went for late lunch with 4 children (3 older school age kids and a 1 year old). We ordered hotpot and BBQ combo for everyone. The food was fresh and there was a lot of variety of meats and sides to choose from. The services was great - courteous, fast, and attentive. The place is spacious and clean. Will come back again.

Worst hot pot ever. Soup bases were bland. No tomatoes flavors and no herbal flavors.. just more like salty water. Beef was so fat we couldn't eat it whatsoever. Service was non existence. Never again. I guess when there's no competition on Staten Island, people would think it's good.

The food was excellent, the rib eye, the chicken, and all the seafood 5* and exceeded expectations for me. The cocktails were 2 for the price of 1 and all delicious as well. The service was okay. I've been there 4 times and they never explain what's going on and assume everyone has a clue. The they were a little nasty about it. They actually said "you need to order more food" lol we had lots of delicious leftovers. The place was beautifully set and gave a vibe of being in some far away Asian restaurant, which was cool to add to the experience. I'll be back.

Decided to take my family to experience Korean BBQ for the first time. It was my aunts birthday and we wanted to take advantage of the free birthday meal. After about 5 minutes I noticed a table next to us (who got sat after us) already eating. No one explained how everything works. I then realized that there was a QR code with a menu and you're supposed to order from your phone. No one comes up to the table. They didn't even bring us water. I had to ask for water and asked to explain how everything works. I guess she got annoyed with my questions because I wasn't understanding her. She brought us water but didn't bother to give us any cups. She was literally dropping the plates with the meat on the table. I'm a server and I was disappointed with the service we got. There was one girl who helped with the shrimp and cooking of the food but that's about it. No one really talked to us to entire time we were there. The alcoholic drinks are absolute trash. I ordered the orange Creamsicle drink but it was gross so I asked for a lemon drop martini. It also tasted bad but at that point I just needed the alcohol. At least the meat was good but they use an electric grill instead of actual fire buring grill. When we asked for the bill they didn't even acknowledge the fact that it was a birthday and I had mentioned it when I was making the reservation. I wouldn't come back here and I wouldn't recommend it. I was so upset that I didn't even take pictures. The decor on the outside was nice

I come here all the time with my family, the workers are so pleasant, always cater to whatever you ask. the foos is also amazing and if you want you can cook the meat How you want or they can do it. I'd recommend coming for birthdays or even just to eat out with your friends and family

Great AYCE bbq/hotpot place! A ground four of us came here for dinner and we all had a really good time. There was so many selection of food from veggies to meat to seafood. The staff is also really attentive and helped us grilled the food. I've been to the location in Manhattan before but the seating is definitely a bit more spacious here. Definitely a stable when you're looking for a bbq/hot pot fix!

I had heard about alot of changes made here so I wanted to give them another chance. Everything was great! They have plastic menus now so you can order with a waiter or do it on the phone. The food came out quick and so did our drinks. The waiter cooked our BBQ and refilled the hot pot. If the waiter was busy with another table Henry would come help us. The sauce station was clean and nicely labeled. I hope someday they get more gluten free sauces. I enjoyed my meal here and left with a full stomach for the first time.

Came here on a Friday afternoon. As expected, only three or four tables were occupied. I've been to other Favor Taste locations but this one seemed more spacious. We decided to have hot pot only. There's many items to choose from but I would suggest the dumplings and the beef balls. Those two things were some of the best I've had at an AYCE restaurant. The meats came out really frozen but I don't blame them. I'm sure they froze plates of meat for the lunch service. Overall it was a great lunch. We also received 10% off the bill for paying in cash. Special shout out to the waiter named Henry. He was actually the only waiter there at the time and had to do everything. He was attentive and hospitable. Give this man a raise

Dirty restaurant but the service is great. Wish they the greasy floor and renovate the inside
