Well, I don't come here, but I work closeby. for anyone wondering, yelp says they are set to reopen August 5th. most likely fixing some things that may or may not have caused a failed inspection. but yeah, 8/5/2023 is what they say about reopen date

The worst service ever in the evening, everyone waits for more than an hour to get his order, it is very slow, and his response is disrespectful, and the taste of coffee is very bad, as if he had never made coffee before, and this is not the first time, but the worst time. THREE TIMES I’ve been here and they’re out of bacon cheddar bites - which I would’ve been fine with IF they didn’t still keep them on the menu to order but substitute the nasty spinach ones for them and NOT tell me! I would’ve said I don’t even want them!

I came in for Dunkin’s national free donuts for Veterans(I am a Vet). The employees looked at us like we were idiots when we asked. They said they weren’t told about it. No problem we explained it to them and asked them to ask management if their location was participating in it. They looked us in the face and said “You really want us to get our manager for that?”. I told them they don’t have to bring the manager just do us the favor of asking. They refused to do so, so we just left calmly. I’m leaving this review not because of the donut I didn’t receive but the rude response and behavior. It doesn’t hurt anyone to just do us the favor of asking. Please do better with the customer service.

There was this kid named John with a backwards hat and glasses who worked super late at night. He is so sweet and works really hard. Give him a raise! He is super efficient and got my order to PERFECTION!!!!! Literally deserves employee of the month. Even with a long line he for everything done quick and fast. 10/10 service! Give him a raise!!!
