The best Dunkin' Donuts on Staten Island. Maribeth is an exceptional leader. Her and her staff are amazing they are polite, welcoming and efficient. They know the regular customers and they go above and beyond with their customer service. I want to acknowledge this store for the hard work they do everyday. Everyday I mobile order the same order and everyday they forget the bakery items. Over the past month they got it right once. Today I hold my phone up so they can verify and the lady tells me I can't see that from over here. Excuse me I should never have to hold it up to begin with. From now on I'll take my business elsewhere.

Can’t ever get my coffee right , closed the bathrooms . They say it’s not working . It’s been two years now ? A lady had a little girl and she really needed to use the bathroom immediately, they said NO . Disgusting place .

This particular Dunkin Donuts is okay. It's hit or miss at times. It can be very busy and they usually have only 2 workers. When I see more than 3 people on line I don't bother going in because buying a donut can turn into a 10 minute wait.

My 5 star review is for the hardworking staff.The staff here are great at this location. I come here routinely in the morning, and no matter how busy they get, they are more than friendly and working as fast as they can to get you your order as quickly as possible.That being said, recommended you get additional staff for morning rush. I can understand people's frustration, but there is no possible way for the employees to work any faster, they are borderline running to make coffee and food as quick as humanly possible.
