The did an Uber eats to my job I got breakfast. First off the ham and cheese croissant was not it. It didn’t even have cheese or ham ínstese it was small. I ordered a hot chocolate or more like hot water it don’t taste like nothing. The bagel was hard and my hot chocolate was cold as well. Do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts it’s super bad.

No bathrooms for customers… Very disappointing after making a purchase. I would not have given them my business, had I known ahead of time so ask before you purchase from businesses.The place seemed clean, but very rundown.

This store consistantly has a problem interacting with customers. Ive stood for a solid 10 min before an employee even looked my way, and then they question where the frustration comes from. There are busier stores with less employees doing a better job, avoid this one unless it's "Dire".

waited 25 minutes for a mobile order, it was sitting there for over 15 and they still wouldn't give it to me when I asked if they had my order ready, hot coffee was freezing cold, my cold foam was melted by that point and when i asked for them to put more and he started laughing at me and he said he'd have to charge me again .. for something i already paid for. i work at dunkin where im from and this was really really horrible device.

I'm surprised this place has lots of low reviews. This is my usual spot to go to in the morning or after work. Coffee is always good and even food. Never had an issue with my food. Seating is decent too. Never have any issues finding a seat when I go. The staff is usually nice to me whenever I go. I do think that the restaurant/company in general needs to have one person designated for pickup orders. I often have to look for someone's attention or end up searching for my own drink. Drive through in general gets prioritized in many businesses like Wendy's too.

This place has a drive-through in which I love. The drive-through moves quickly most of the time. Food and drinks are pretty good.

I don’t like to come here but I do because of it’s closer to me when I’m heading to work, but every time I do come here my drink or my food never hot. They charge you all this money only to give you a warm drink with warm food that’s barely hot. I ask them today to make my bagel bites fresh do you think they listen it was still warm & I can tell it was sitting out before I order it plus my drink was cold it wasn’t hot at all. They have bad service I have no problem with any other Dunkin’ Donuts I go to but this one is the worst I won’t be coming here no longer after today because it’s a waste of money
Slow service and the store is dirty. They don’t even let customers use the restroom, which is against health

Afternoon shift has the best customer service, the only dunkin i come too because they have a Spanish speaking girl. The guy that works with her always has a smile in his face for all customers. I will come back

whoever is working right now 11/5 @ 5:23 pm...the drive thru guy and whoever is making the food back there have no customer service and is slow AF.
