Isn't as good as they once were. Asked for a menu item on the board and was told they don't have that. I had to point out the item to the person who then went to someone else for help. Not a very good experience today

Not bad for quick bite but dunkin in my opinion dropped couple of spots. I believe that there is a new king of doughnuts on Staten Island. The king is Krispy Cream. Would be nice to see some healthy

So I come here often at night for my Latte and on several occasions I hear the employee's scream after seeing a RAT/BUG. I love Dunkin but this place is infested with Rats ?I WOULD NOT EAT ANYTHING FROM THIS PALCE. THEY HONESTLY NEED TO DO SOMETHING.Kid-friendliness: Pass

Perfect for s quick bite. Had the bacon, avocado and tomato on sourdough, really good. It was a promo that gave me the opportunity to try it.

Everytime I come here for a cappuccino blast lately they don’t have them and the staff is nasty like they just want you to pick something else. It’s really unprofessional and annoying. I was told the truck comes Tuesdays and that they would have cappuccino blasts. I’m here on a weds now and they still have nothing but they do have an attitude!

Where do I even start smh...this Dunkin location is quite possibly the worst in all of the forgotten borrough, the ice cream-to-milk ratio of my Pralenes & Cream milkshake is always disproportionately schewed towards the milk! Im not paying freaking $18 for the indian guy to put a smidget of ice cream and a whole tub of milk in my milkshake cuz those cheapos in there can't spare 3 scoops of ice cream for my dairy desert! Im permanently taking my business to Shakeshack, screw you Dunkin!

Tables needed cleaning but I managed to enjoy my ice cream cone anyway. The young server didn't know if they served soft serve ice cream?! Had to show him a picture of what it looks like; seems he didn't know what I was asking for. It was such a hot day that my ice melted quickly and became soft serve fast! All's well that ends well. Yummy Jamaican almond fudge ice cream.
