“Love this place!!!! I go three days a week before work and the food is amazing as well as the service! The same nice lady always hands me my food and she always remembers me! The people are great, the food is great, what a better way to start my day!“

“A spacious, clean store. The barista strictly followed cleanliness and safety procedures, which is amazing. In Starbucks, you can often see people touching the cup and twisting it around, even picking it up to look for the name on the cup. I mistakenly picked up a coffee cup that wasn’t mine for 2 seconds. The barista showed disappointment on her face and said that she would have to throw the coffee away and make a new one. I felt a bit bad and upset, but overall, I appreciate her principles.“

“I was normally going to a different Dunkin' location, but I came to this nearby location when the other location refused to honor a teacher appreciation day promotion. I plan to make this my new go-to location. The staff at this location are so friendly and the coffee was well made. Also love that they support educators and promote good customer relations. “I go to this dunkin donuts every morning, being that it's small the workers are nice, they try to get you out of there as fast as they can, but above all it's a great place to get ur coffee. One thing is you gotta get there as early as possible, before all the nurses an police an construction workers, otherwise your gonna b waiting long. I still rate it a 10.“

“I always go to this location when I’m on Staten Island. Although I live in Chicago and visit once a month they always remember me. The manager somehow remembers my order from month to month!The line is three or four at most and moved along fairly quickly.The customer service is excellent!“

“love Omar he never lets us down, every time he’s clocked in and I see his beautiful hair I know it’s gonna be good, idk what he does but his mere presence lights up the store, he makes my drink real good. “Compared to the other Dunkin' Donuts that I've been to this one is definitely the best in Staten Island in my opinion at least within this area! It is clean inside the staff is very friendly. Definitely 10 out of 10 experience the earlier you go the food is really fresh.“

“I don't really like this place in this location, because of the customers, whom seat there all the time. Often they look like a homeless. But l really like the people, who are working there! Especially cashier woman, she's so polite and nice. She always smile, and never rush us. She's always make our mood better. ?“

“I'm surprised this place has lots of low reviews. This is my usual spot to go to in the morning or after work. Coffee is always good and even food. Never had an issue with my food. Seating is decent too. Never have any issues finding a seat when I go. The staff is usually nice to me whenever I go. I do think that the restaurant/company in general needs to have one person designated for pickup orders. I often have to look for someone's attention or end up searching for my own drink. Drive through in general gets prioritized in many businesses like Wendy's too.“

“The workers at this Dunkin’ are life savers. We had an issues with a mobile order, where I accidentally placed an order instead of reviewing it. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect and I had ordered 4x Lattes instead of two. For whatever reason, you are unable to cancel a mobile order placed on the Dunkin’ app, so I had to call customer support. After a bunch of back and forth over the span of half an hour, we ended up nowhere as the customer representatives said that they were unable to cancel the order.Thankfully, the in-store worker came in clutch and offered to replace the 2x extra Lattes with a different item. He allowed us to get half a dozen donuts instead for our troubles.Thank you to the incredible worker at this location :D“

“The staff is always very curtious and polite. Going through the drive through wearing masks and gloves always makes you feel better. If any orders get screwed up . I would go back. And they always correct and do right. Using dunkin donuts app let's you order ahead. You can go through the drive through and say the name to pick it up. Very satisfied customer.“

“Ok so, I've been going to Dunkin here & there thru out the yrs. BUT WHEN COVID HIT!!! I have to say this, " Thank God, for Dunkin Donuts !!" I'm NOT going to lie.. I am an avid Starbucks person." There's a Dunkin Donut ? right near me on Forest Avenue right across the street from Skin Station. Best part, I could even walk there if I wanted too. Ok, lemme tell you, there's a drive-thru which @ times can be mayhem!! The line moves fast at times unless there are ppl who don't have an app to place a mobile order. ??. Thank God for APPS!!?? The employees at the drive-thru ARE THE BESTEST!!!??. They are SO friendly, well mannered, polite and professional. They will even make sure that u taste ur beverage before you drive away!! Personally, when I go to Dunkin they know my voice lol, and it's such a pleasure chatting with them. Even when new employees come on board, I never experience any rudeness or disrespect!!??. Prices are great too! I don't have 1 bad thing to say about the Dunkin Donuts near me. Even when I park to go inside, everything & everyone is ON POINT!!What would we do without our coffee ☕ ??!! “No longer 24 hours.... Went on 10/21/21 after work around 10 PM and they were not open. If management would update the hours on here or on the front door that would be great. I usually have a great experience here so that's why I'm giving 4 stars.“

“I had to amend my review cuz I just went to the Dunkin donuts my cup had a spill it was leaking so I asked for a new cup they gave me an attitude and asked me what should we do so that was the worst service I've seen in a long time they didn't even make me a cup of coffee and half of it bleeped out because of them they just poured what was left in a new cup“

“Tables needed cleaning but I managed to enjoy my ice cream cone anyway. The young server didn't know if they served soft serve ice cream?! Had to show him a picture of what it looks like; seems he didn't know what I was asking for. It was such a hot day that my ice melted quickly and became soft serve fast! All's well that ends well. Yummy Jamaican almond fudge ice cream.“

“After a walk over the Bayonne Bridge, I was exhausted, I was hungry, and I was thirsty. I decided to get an everything bagel with cream cheese and some water. The staff was friendly, but I did get charged for tapwater with ice. I enjoyed my bagel. This Dunkin’ Donuts was located within an outdoor strip mall with plenty of parking.“

“best dunkin donuts on the island literally the only dunkin donuts within a 10 mile radius that doesn't just give you regular bacon when you order snacking bacon it actually has all the good tasty stuff they are supposed to put on them. The morning shift are some of the nicest and most accommodating people. Always come here even tho there's a dunkin 3 mins away from me I drive 15 mins to this one. Drive-thru can be a little bit busy in the early morning hours. But the line moves so fast it's not even worth parking and going inside they move like lightning“

“I come here often to grab a drink before running some errands. The service is quick and everytime I come, the staff are super friendly. The drinks are consistent and there isn't a day where I complain about anything when I come here. This will alwyas be the spot where I grab my coffee and go.“

“Get coffee from this location every weekend and they never fail to make a bad coffee. I order through the app and my order is always ready within 2 minutes. Once in a blue moon I have had to wait longer than 5 min when the store was busy but that’s understandable.“

“This place vastly improved after they banned Helen "The Magic" Johnson from coming here. She was always waving her stick around and being a nuisance. Now I can confidently say that this is the best Dunkin on Staten Island: don't even THINK of going to the one at Forest and Broadway (pond swill). This place has the best treats and the best service: I had been suffering under a terrible hex for the past fortnight that was trying to teach me a lesson about friendship, but eating some of these scrumptious treats (CHOCOLATE glazed, thank you) seem to have cured me completely. Come for the coffee that could raise the dead, stay for the mysterious Greek woman who always seems to appear around sundown.“

“I mean it's a Dunkin' on a busy thoroughfare- you can't be disappointed. The staff is lightning fast. The variety is standard. The place is clean. This isn't one of those small town establishments where the waitress calls you "hun", but who cares? You went here because you're in a rush to get somewhere else, so you're happy.“

“I didn't know that Dunkin Donuts had Kosher locations, meaning locations that are under kosher supervision.
