Now they are charging credit card fees, and their lunch menu is overpriced, but a significant portion.

This place used to be so much better not sure when it fell off but there are much better options for Chinese in the area.

Just drove other person there.Vegetarian options: There is a main section of the menu, Pan-Asian, and another section I can't remember the name of. All have vegetarian dishes, but it's only separate on the main tab.Dietary restrictions: I asked for a small brown rice. Apparently it's served with white rice. A discussion ensued. Nuf said.

Empire is definitely my place to go when I’m craving Chinese food. I usually order the chicken chow Mein and my Wonton In Egg Drop Soup which this is the only place that I feel makes the soup perfect. I just order Thai Basil Chicken , which I have to say it was delicious definitely be ordering that more often. All the years eating from Empire I never had a bad experience.

I came here because I just tooked a break doing UE deliveries and decide to go to a chincese place. When I ordered the Chow Main Shrimp and a tea, pay and wait patiently. When the girl at the front desk gaved me or receive the plate, for my surprise that looks like something else. For me it does looks like lobster sauce or something, plate looks slammy/sloppy and not apetizing and they didnt gaved me the tea that I request it.I went back to the girl and explain what kind of food is this one? She reply and told me that I maybe was thinking “Lo Main” and not Chow Main. But didnt offer an exception of exchange the correct plate. In addition to this the rice felt uncooked!Ive been 30 years in Staten Island and have ate chinese all my life.I dont know what kind of service is this but for sure I wont comeback! This is a restaurant with poor quality overall.I know because I am a Chef in NYC and I do UE on the side.I know what is good service and poor service in the kitchen. This is a poor service served.

Prices are higher than most restaurants, the quality is second to none on Staten Island, it's worth paying more for. Delivery is usually pretty quick.

FARE. It is not worth the price the fried chicken is not even fried.Crab Rangoon’s are not crispy and the flavor of the sauces are lacking.
