Completely disgusting, Rude 20 something male who's more involved with his car and phone takes my order.. Can I have onions? Nope don't have them, A straw for my canned beverage? Nope don't have them, he says as if this is an imposition. Then the burger and fries comes out, the burger is soaked in grease, the fries are so burnt they taste like he scraped the bottom of the fry vat to give me a 12 ounce cup of greasy burnt fries.. bathroom was dirty.. I've been here a bunch of times and it's always hit or miss but I don't think I'm heading back any time soon. Management really needs to clean up this places act

Truly one of my favorite burger spots in Staten Island, why? Their burgers taste like you got them off the grill. The charr smell and taste is on the wraps and burgers and it makes it so good for me. I don't order anywhere else. The ingredients are always fresh on their wraps and burgers. I have came in to sit before and it was nice as well. Staff have always been nice and they offer sweet potato at times. When it comes to ordering on let's say Uber eats or doordash. I haven't had the best luck on doordash when it comes to toppings. Even on the receipt it doesn't show everything I asked for. So I call sometimes with doordash . Uber eats is perfect and they get it right everytime. I have tried their mozz sticks and they're delicious too

I will forgive myself for craving a burger and fries, but I will not let Fire Grilled Burgers off the hook for the mess they sold me. The burger slid off of the cold ciabatta bun as soon as I picked it up. It lacked ketchup and mayonnaise. The fries were inedible, burnt, hard and smelled as if cooked in old oil. Honestly, the only good thing about this $18 burger was the "free" can of Brisk Iced Tea

My first time there I wasn't happy with the food, especially the fries they were grayish color and greasey that a was a year ago. My buddy took me here the other night and I was surprised that the food was way better now and I'm glad I gave them another shot will come back
