Before I was charged , tips screen appeared, I for got my glasses and I asked cashier to press the screen for me. Order was simple plain hamburger to go. Than everything started. After hearing numbers served after mine. I was told that receipt I have is not mine, when showed charge and last four digits of my card and my actual card one of the workers has thrown burger literally at me.

I hadn't been to Five Guys in a while. Always a good burger, but I can't justify the prices. It's rare that I factor cost into my reviews (unless they're surprisingly low), but $48 for 2 burgers, a small fry and 2 small sodas in a fast food restaurant (no table service) was too much.

This service attitude is very poor and racial discrimination is very serious They all go to work and play inside. If they don’t want to do anything that can be harmonious, sooner or later they will be shut down if this continues.

Placed online order ready for 7:15 arrived at 7:05 said just a moment at 7:20 had to go remind them. They said they had to make the fries. 5 minutes later employee put fries in after talking and socializing with the other employees. Food was cold. Terrible service !! Won’t go

TERRIBLE experience walking into this Five Guys. Before even walking into the store I see fog from smoke inside then I walk in and smell burnt fries. I then walked to the pickup location and waited for the employee to finish his task before asking for my order. While waiting I'm watching this guy struggle to open a paper bag and then throws it from frustration, tries again with another bag and it rips when he picks it up. Then he pushes all the pick up orders to the side with more force than necessary for no reason at all. Finally he gets it on the third try and puts the greasy bag inside a bigger bag. The customer before me was even shaking his head in disbelief. I then tell him after he hands someone else their order I am here for a pickup and he just looks at me and says nothing. I wait some more and watch this guy work aggravated walking left to right huffin and puffin trying to figure out what he was doing last. Not sure if this was from the smoke filling up the store, being aggravated or just from years of using his employee discount so I decide to ask a different employee to just give me my food. The first employee bursts out that he needs fries for my order while the trays containing fries had plenty of fries. I respond you could of easily just said so before. I then tell him to just put the fries in the bag since its that simple and he then takes a handful of fries and throws in into my bag and tells me "Take this and don't come back here". I respond Did I do something to you? Another employee comes to calm him down and he starts shouting "you're too impatient." Took more time and energy to do his job the wrong way than the right way. I asked both employees once. The actions of this employee was beyond belief. Even while walking away he was still yelling from across the store with the store full of people including children. I've gone through the process of picking up food plenty of times including at this location and I never had a problem before this. Buddy was having a bad day and took it out on me. If you see this guy turn around and walk out it not worth dealing with psychos making your food.
