Best Thai on the Island. Probably one of the best Thai in the city. My family must order or eat in from here at least twice per month. Lovely owners. Cannot recommend enough.
Such a gem. The food is delicious & authentic (been to Thailand myself), the host is very welcoming and price is reasonable. Even their simple Thai Fried Rice taste so good, it has this smoky flavor to it. The Rad Na & Larb are also very good. Definitely will come back for more. Highly recommended!

Me and my two friends had our lunch at this Thai restaurant, guys food was so delicious, we had some Thai tea to and beers. Today they had special menu going on, so we had something special today, so happy about the lunch we all three of them, they had three kind of sauces we tried them and that’s not we wanted and we explained to them we need that spicy chili and fish sauce one, they make it right away and gave it to us, it was so delicious, service was great and clean and beautiful place, me and my friends enjoyed the meal, I hope you guys to. Thank you guys you guys doing a great job here, keep it up will come again with more friends to enjoy your delicious Thai food ..!??

Ordered to go from here and the food was really good ! Crab fried rice had a really nice kick to it! I usually eat spice and i felt the spice they sprinkled over the fried rice ! Their fried fish with basil was also SO delicious. Lady at the counter was exceptionally friendly. The restaurant is nicely lit, nothing fancy but perfect for family dinners/goto spot.

My first review was around 8 years ago. I'm so happy that this little family restaurant survived during the Covid-19 pandemic. I have been a patron during that period. First, Forest Thai cuisine is the best on this island. I know that 8 years ago when I went there for the first time I compared their Pad Thai with a historic restaurant in downtown Manhattan near the old fish market called Benny's which sadly has permanently closed. I miss that place. With that said let get back on track, Forest Thai reminds me of that place. Then the pad that was really good. Today, I don't know, could it be my palate it lacks the freshness of the authentic sauce. Something is amiss but it's better then the others on this island. I've tried many dishes: the curries, their specials, great appetizers, the vegetarian dishes, they are all excellent. I'm not rich so just to mention, the prices are a little steep and the portions are barely enough for one person so don't plan of sharing there is not enough to share. I limit myself to visit the place on occasion just because of the prices and portions. I do not blame any small mom-and-pop shops to charge these astronomical prices; the pandemic has caused a domino effect on price gauging.
