Only two people working here and they have a bunch of people waiting inside and for delivery. The work is not efficient. I went inside and placed my order at 6:33 and it is now 6:48 and i still do not have my food. I watched as they prioritize delivery orders over eat-in orders which is so stupid to me and makes no sense. HIRE MORE WORKERS OR PUT YOUR IN-HOUSE CUSTOMERS FIRST! This is ridiculous.

What I like about Hawaii Poke Bowl that you always get fresh ingredients, the rice is always warm and they work quick. I never had any issues with them. You can create any bowl you want and it will not be a disappointment. Salmon and tuna are high quality. Spicy salmon doesn’t mean shaved fish for them. They serve decent pieces of fish freshly spaced. Everything else components are good and fresh as well. I like the proportions of all bowls filling and taste of souses they offer complementing the food. In addition you can get a good selection of different drinks which are very flavourful too. Plus is that the average check is pretty affordable. We often go there for lunch or dinner and I will highly recommend the try it.

so YESTERDAY, I ordered a bowl with a drink, but for some reason things ran a lot differently.1. while ordering, I had a male employee, he was so unpolite to me which did not make me feel comfortable at all.2. the meal took a long time to make. it usually doesn't take long for a simple bowl.3. when I finally got my bowl and drink, everything looked messy. the salmon I ordered with my bowl did NOT look like salmon. It looked diseased and I didn't even enjoy it. there were also some white little things in the food.... I saw the workers scratching his head. I don't know what this is but I can tell they need hairnets in here. and the drink that I ordered? I ordered a hot bubble tea with tapioca, but I got nothing in it. and the drink wasn't even hot. they messed up my order.4. I'm finally home now, and I feel like I have food poisoning. it was probably those disgusting salmon chunks and dandruff they threw onto the bowl.this place deserves worse than a 1 star.. I might even have to call out work tomorrow because I threw up.

Looking for something tasty for lunch, and a poke bowl did the trick satisfying and delicious with great flavor. Plenty of parking atmosphere was very relaxing. Service was excellent priced right for lunch.

I have never been to a poke bowl. For my 1st experience it was great. It was similar to Subway but for bowls. There were many choices, I especially liked the zucchini noodles as a base as opposed to a rice. You were able to fill out a sheet to pick all your options and just hand it into the person behind the counter. That way, they knew exactly what you wanted. The price was reasonable. You were able to put on a lot of different toppings for the price. The menu was very clear on what you get charged extra for, so there were no surprises.. there were some tables if you wanted to dine in, but I prefer to take out. The restaurant itself was very clean behind the counter and where the food was looked very clean. The girls behind the counter were pleasant enough. This definitely was a nice healthy option and a different choice for my daily eating routine.Parking: Hylan Shopping Plaza
