I uses to be a regular here but the prices have gotten unreasonable for me. And there is a meldew smell by the freezers where the icecreams are stored. Also some of the employees can be a bit nasty if they don't know you live by or haven't seen you before.

Derek‘s services is amazing. This gentleman is so dedicated to what he does. He does not mind making you whatever you want to eat past midnight. If you are up late and work late late, this is definitely the place to go to if you live in the area. May God bless Derrick and this entire establishment.Kid-friendliness: Derrick is friendly to all.

9/19/2023 @ around 2:33-2:44 WORST customer service EVER!!!!(lady with glasses wearing Black shirt) VERY RUDE & NASTY CASHIER, WILL NEVER RETURN to that store & WILL TELL EVERYONE that’ll listen NOT to WASTE MONEY in that place… AND OF COURSE I HAD to give this place a SINGLE star, if zero was a option this place earned it….

Busy place, nice selection but the guy behind the cashier is rude and un-friendly numerous times. I will not go back.

Dirty, dim lighting, door is constantly open which does wonders for chocolate bars , etc. In warm weather. 1st time there, very bad impression. NOT going back.

They lost their license to sell beer for quite some time now, so I can't really recommend them as a full service deli. They used to be 5 star, now it is a 3

When it comes to making sandwiches you need to be an artist knowing how to make the sandwiches that make people enjoy the taste and return to your establishment. I've tried a few but this kid is the best in Staten Island, if you're hungry and you want a real good deli sandwich I would suggest Hyland Dairy Deli Meats and Bagel during the night shift. This kid is amazing and will make you return every time for an amazing tasty sandwich. I've tested him and it only gets better. Keep it up kid, you got a gift.

Basically only good for prepackaged items. Ordered cold cuts ,they looked and smelled bad. Not to mention how expensive it was. We use to come all the time for food but quality is definitely an issue.

Bought coleslaw on Sunday afternoon for an elderly relative. Turns out the coleslaw was bitter and not fresh. It also had black spots. Glad it didn't sicken my elderly relative. Will not be returning for any food in the future. This used to be one of the best delis. What happened?

The only friendly/competent cashier is the black-haired lady, everyone else is indifferent or really rude. One of the cashiers there has the biggest attitude and seems to hate that you have the audacity to even want to checkout. Bagels are fine, but you get charged extra for bacon egg, and cheese by the guys in the back depending on whether you looked cute/put out or not ($4.99 or $5.50 sometimes even $6.50). It's a shame considering I've been going here for the past three years but never again. Try Bagels on the Boulevard.
