We came here for a quick bite. We got seated fast and our waitress was very nice and helpful. Place was empty for almost dinner time. Prices are very expensive. Fajitas were like 25 bucks and tacos were 5-8 bucks . We had the flautas which came with six pieces and looked nice but was a bit bland. That app cost 15 bucks. We didn't bother staying for a full meal as other plans arose. Reason why it was empty was the extremely high prices for basic Tex mex cuisine. NONE of the bathroom stalls had paper. Was told "Yes we're out". Dont think I'll be back here.

The tacos were good and flavorful - we saw the Fajitas delivered to another table and though it's the show stopper in most Mexican restaurants, the plume of aromatic smoke definitely turned the heads of the entire restaurant. I'd skip the chimichanga though, a lot of bites with little flavor. Tacos are definitely the thing to come here for, come on a Tuesday. Service was a little slow, definitely need to flag high to be seen, but the server was kind and genial. Overall, would come again.

The food was amazing! We weren't sure if we wanted to come in, but it was worth it! Danielle was awesome and had great suggestions! Get the tacos if you get a chance!

The staff are friendly and attentive. Food was out quick and tasted good. Restaurant was on the colder side so bring a sweater or jacket.

This place is disgusting! The food looks like it was thrown up by a dog, all soggy and mushed up. we ordered water as our drinks, and it was just completely overflowing when it got to us. I've never sent back food, but I just had to send back the corn as it was mushed up in a pile of sauce that looked like vomit mixed with beans! On top of it took forever to get our small order, We waited for around an hour, and the restaurant was not busy. If I could give this place zero stars, I would the only good part about this restaurant was the decorations. They had some cool LED lights but that's pretty much it. I would definitely never recommend unless you really like throwing up! just please don't go here so gross ):

Honestly speaking, the chicken meat are a bit dried and the beef is not tender, but over all not bad at all. It's a nice place to hang out.

The food was a disaster. It was not tasty or seeming fresh. The rice was lukewarm. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

We were there on a Sunday afternoon. Cavernous and empty. Sat at the bar and ordered from a selection of about 10 beers. A Dos Equis and a blue moon could have been colder and fresher. Mexican street corn was pretty good. Baha fish taco and shrimp tacos were decent. Mexican rice was bland so we added the street corn to it to make it taste better. Service was friendly as they had more staff there than customers. I don't know how this place does on weekend nights but nothing stands out about it. Too many choices on the island. I don't think it will survive

Ok, so they have incredible tacos. Like, they should be on TV. Just try the carnitas, best pulled-pork I have had in a long time. Quality. Also the Carne Asada had this really tasty, not too spicy, sauce. Tremendous. Apparently they have a new chef and they are adding a lot more to the menu. I don't really care that they have other locations, the quality did not feel like it came from a chain.

After we ordered from Lobo Loco Mexican Cantina, at the mall, we chose to look at the reviews on Yelp, where we saw only a 2.0 basic rating. We would like to dispute those ratings!! We ordered several items, including butternut squash soup, chicken empanada beef taco, baja fish taco, and queso fondue, though no chips included. All the items were delicious, tasty, and well prepared, so we can't help but dispute the recommendations that we saw on Yelp.

I went here Sunday 8/27 with my sister, the waitress was amazing the food was great I enjoyed the music and the environment. I plan on going back for my birthday in a few weeks. Hopefully their drinks are good too. They do offer vegetarian options and the Elote is delicious. Changing my review I came back on 9/2 the cups were dirty the waitress took them gave us new cups that were also dirty , the food was disgusting I had the same thing as last time and it was so awful my sister had the steak fajita which was rubbery we paid the check and left did not finish our food. Will not come back. I feel sick.Vegetarian options: They can make most meals vegetarianParking: Spacious parking lot

We just ate at Lobo Loco, and our waiter Christian made our experience absolutely wonderful. His smile was so welcoming, he was honest and helpful when choosing our dinner, and was so kind and attentive. We hope to come back and have Christian be our waiter again soon!

Edit (updated Aug, 2023): Gave this place another chance since my last review because I wanted to try their spicy margarita, I mean, they can’t mess that up, right? Thankfully, the bartender (Dana, I think was her name) knew how to make a tasty margarita; she also took our order (sat in bar area). I wasn’t planning to order the tacos again based on my last experience which prompted my original review. My friend with her big mouth decided to tell the bartender about my first experience with the fish tacos. Bartender assured us this time it would be different because they apparently have new chefs in house. At opening (when I tried them), bartender informed us they had different chefs and admitted food wasn’t up to standard. My friend asked if they’d comp the tacos if I didn’t like them (lol)…and surprisingly bartender agreed! I ordered two Baja fish tacos and one shrimp taco. Both were 100x better than my first experience (whew)!!! Fish was fluffy and crispy, shrimp were big and grilled to perfection. Flavor for both were on point, meaning they included the right amount of seasoning for my taste (not too salty, not too bland). Also ordered the calamari, which was only okay, slightly chewy, could have been more crispy. Friend ordered the chicken quesadilla which she liked (flavorful, big portion size). Service by all was excellent.Original review:I so so wanted to like this place because it’s close to where I live. Ordered shrimp tacos and baja fish tacos for take out. Shrimp tacos were just okay, not bad, but nothing to brag about either. The Baja fish tacos were absolutely horrid, and I mean the worst I’ve ever tasted. One strip of breaded SOGGY —SAHHH-GGGEEEYYY—- soft fish stick thrown on the bottom of the flour taco topped with tons of shredded carrots and pickled red onions, ughhh, so gross! American pubs who serve fish tacos cook them better. For $5.50 PER TACO (yes, ONE taco), I’m expecting crispy, flavorful fish tacos. Front desk person was nice so the star was for her.
