We brought a large group here after an unveiling at a nearby cemetery. We were so surprised to have such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was simple but clean and lovely. The service was terrific. And the food was the best surprise of all. Everyone loved everything! For a vegan/kosher restaurant to please so many people who are not used to this kind of food was impressive. The sweet potato hamburger was a favorite. The rolls were perfection. The portions were large and quality was not sacrificed. The desserts were amazing. If I lived in Staten Island, I'd be a regular.

Love Earth is one of the (very) few vegan spots on Staten Island, and in addition to being vegan, they are really allergy-friendly. When we ordered, they checked to make sure we were okay with any major allergens in each dish, and their bakery is free of eggs, soy, dairy, gluten, peanuts, and tree nuts. It is so rare to find a place as aware and conscious of people's diets like this, and their attention to those details is much appreciated. We ordered some items for lunch and also some baked goods, more treats than we planned but everything looked so good in the display case. My favorite bakery item was the brookie (combo of a brownie and cookie if you've never had one). Theirs was gigantic and just as good as any I've had before (none of which were vegan). I think that, as long as it's there, we'll be getting that every time. From the savory items, we got the artichoke and spinach burger topped with pesto, and the chick-n cutlet and cheese sandwich. Both were tasty, although I thought there was a little too much bread proportionally for the sandwich (easy to fix at home). The onion rings and mac and cheese were both fine, but a little higher in price than I would have expected, especially when compared to the sandwiches and burgers that came with a side of fries included. The menu also has pizza, salad, and other appetizers, so a lot to choose from. Their location by the Outerbridge is a little out of the way from where I usually am in SI, but we definitely want to return to Love Earth to try more!

Great vegan cafe. Very nice ambience, great service and delicious food. They have a variety of options to choose from. Highly recommend their take on fried calamari. They use oyster mushrooms and it was a treat. Definitely a place worth visiting even if you are not vegan. You don't have to be Vegan to eat Vegan!

One of my daughters is vegan so we had lunch here today. Very friendly service, large menu, delicious food. Their fried “calamari” was excellent - made with mushrooms, and even my 7-year-old granddaughter and her friend loved them. I had the artichoke burger with fries. Yummy and HUGE. I could only finish half. Nice selection of baked goodies, too.

Food is good, owners care about their customers. They also have a little vegan/allergy friendly bakery section. I just wish they had more fresh ingredients for their entrees and less fried options. I'm so happy Staten Island has a vegan spot especially on the south shore.

Since the pandemic my daughter has been eating more plant based foods and being more aware about what she is eating. She suggested Love Earth cafe on the south shore. We now both love it! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh with an abundance of flavor. Food servings is more than we can handle but who doesn't love leftovers. Always save room for dessert because their cookies and cupcakes are delicious. We visited Love Earth cafe only twice but I definitely see it being one of our favorite places on the south shore for now on.
