Good; Service was very nice and professional. They were very easy to get along with. Unfortunately overwhelmed.Bad;Food was just not well cooked. Not well prepared, didn't have any taste.Music, was ear ringing loud. One of our parties i-watch gave the "loud music" warning. We couldn't speak at the table because the music was concert level obnoxious loud.About 20ish tables were seated but clearly the manager or owner only cared to visit two consistently to ensure their experience was pleasant.Youre paying over $200 per couple easily for a lackluster experience.You're better off somewhere else for that.

Long wait for appetizers , raw cold baked clams, long wait for salad, no white Zinfandel, filet mignon tough and fatty and took forever, 3/12 hours start to finish. Waiter and service horrible very disappointing

I had very high hopes for this restaurant. The Filet Mignon meatballs are not my favorite and wouldn't recommend but the Halibut qas excellent. Desert was bery disappointing (Peanut Butter Lava Cake). Luce is one of my favorite places to dine. Maria, the owner, is always pleasant, as are her wait staff. The food is excellent in quality and taste. Their prices are very affordable, especially their lunch menu. The decor is outstanding with comfortable seating. In warm weather, the outdoor seating area is a delight. My experience at Luce is always phenomenal.. the ambience is so pretty! The service is out of this world. All the workers are so welcoming, the owner Maria is absolutely amazing. I normally don't like to leave a bad review but this had to be the worse experience I have ever had. The only thing good about this place was our waiter. Let me start by saying the food that wasn't spoiled was bland and nothing special. We ordered 2 apps and 2 entry's. The burrata app was good but lets be honest can't really mess that up when you aren't making it yourself. The filet mignon meatballs were okay but again nothing special. I ordered the braised short rib that was under seasoned and my husband ordered a seafood pasta in a cream sauce. The cream sauce had a sweet paste which we though was odd, and when we ate the lobster it tasted like ammonia. The owner happen to come over and ask how everything was and we said honestly its not good and the seafood was spoiled. She began to say its how they ship it and what they spray on it. I worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and I have never heard of this before. If it taste and smells like ammonia it means its spoiled. She went on to say this happens sometimes, like its okay they serve bad seafood to guest. We left there hungry since we weren't able to eat our food and our bill was still $150. Over priced and horrible food.

Located on second floor of strip mall, Luce is lovely, warm and inviting. Extensive menu and prix fixe options are all delicious. Service was just wonderful. No rush, lovely plating and so savory. A bottle of wine is included in the dinner specials. We were delighted with everything.

My husband and I went to Luce tonight. The atmosphere was beautiful and calming. Our bartender, Al, was amazing!! We decided to eat at the bar because the dining room had a party. Our food was superb!! My husband got the double pork chop and I got the Linguini Pomodoro. My meal was not on the current menu but on an old menu and they were very accommodating. Our bartender/waiter was so attentive. My husband and I will be back really soon!

I really don't want to cry just disappointed ? Was at Luce a few times already. I don't eat fish anything so no comment but I did have steak( porterhouse)for two. The cut could of for sure been better. I was disappointed Sorry ? I always use Peter Lugers in Brooklyn for my steak gauge. I will go back again.
