Close this place down already.You mess up almost every order unless its ordered to pick up at the register .... how do you forget an entire order but send the drinks and ketchup napkins but forget an entire order and to make matters worse Uber won't refund my money .To place another order. This McDonald's doesn't even have a Line of direct contact. Trash my boy.

They either had given me one sandwich when I order 2 for 6.... Or give me the wrong sandwich all together ?. I think it's the new guy why doesn't understand that taking his time will cause less mistakes. His focus is on being fast which in reality slows things down. Bay St. WcDonalds have to step their game up.

Went there Saturday late night and used my CC in drive thru. Immediately afterwards my card number was used to purchase dominoe's pizza located nearby. I had to call and report the fraudulent charges on my card. Please be advised that this is what happened.

My biggest grip with this McDonald's. Is how they let the dam UBER eats losers cut the drive thru by walking up on the window.3 dudes almost got ran over.This has become a garbage system and they should wait in the drive thru not run in-between cars.The managers need to step up and tell them it's not safe and they will not give them the food unsafe.Staff is good you can see they are frustrated with them.

Waited a really long time for my order to be wrong.
Full breakfast meal is a great McDonald's staple and it didn't disappoint. Eggs were soft but cooked throughout, sausage was tasty & tender as well as my biscuit. I asked for coffee & creamer - perfect amount of cream complimented my hot meal on a cold winter day. Staff was kind, helpful & customers were all patient with a new employee learning the ropes. Restaurant was very clean but the wall to the side of the restaurant was a blank sterile facade. Would make the atmosphere more welcoming if some artwork or indoor trees/flowers adorned the wall. Would instantly change it from a place people don't linger to a place where customers may stick around, liven up the atmosphere & increase revenue. Or perhaps the plain atmosphere is designed to keep restaurant less welcoming to those patrons who may be nuisances? All in all, I will visit again, order my meal & enjoy the serenity. I've ordered other items in the past but it was my first time dining in.
