The quality of customer service is a big reason for my high rating. I needed something to eat ASAP before going into my sleep study. New Island was the closest place. I was hesitant about ordering initially because I saw a few low scoring reviews and unfavorable comments. I called at 8:05 pm and declined to order after I was told delivery would take 30 minutes.
