Whatever you do please please please do not go to this restaurant, I experienced a very racist experience this past summer...catching up on my draft reviews...this review is long overdue. The third experience left me in complete and utter disbelief. The woman at the front as I entered had a very bad attitude I've felt this energy from her before but yesterday it was magnified times ten. I usually love to give credit when it's due but this!!! The woman was on the phone cursing a customer out because they were asking questions. As she got off of the phone to lift her spirits I tried to compliment her and push away the negativity. She ignored me and I allowed her to cool off because everyone handles situations differently...I thought about the bad energy going into my food. I really tried my best to be nice but realized when you are in customer service you put the customer first no matter what situation you are going through yes we are all human but the way she spoke to the customer as well as me totally unacceptable. I wish I had the pictures still will update them soon. I dont usually give bad reviews because I believe in treating your neighbor as you want to be treated but I also believe in EXPOSURE....ill be the whistleblower to expose the mistreatment that I received as a paying customer this past summer. I never ever went back in and I hope the behavior will be corrected. Totally unacceptable especially to be at the front of house. Can't fail to mention when I asked for the manager she ignored me as well. Terrible in all aspects. You shall reap what you sow.

My favorite chinese take-out spot that I’ve been to in NYC. I’ve only been to maybe like 15 different ones but I’ve lived in Brooklyn my whole life and since moving to staten island & finding this spot in 2020, this place is great. The food consistently tastes good (& fresh!) prices are reasonable (at least compared to most places these days), also not too salty or greasy (does not leave me feeling puffy eyed & queasy) ((but it also helps to not over-eat)), also, friendly staff. Sometimes they put a little spring roll or shrimp chips in your bag for free. So I appreciate that!I like to get steamed pork dumplings (they don’t skimp on the meat like most places do), & chicken/shrimp & broccoli w/riceI haven’t had everything on the menu but I’m sure you can probably get your favorite standard take-out meal and be quite satisfied! The superior Chinese food on this side of Staten Island. Chicken tends to be way too sticky and mushy in alot of Chinese spots around this area for some reason but this is the one that has that fresh crispiness.

This store is closed on Monday, Wonton soup, eggrolls and Ribs how old. From the weekend. Had much much better order on Fridays, food is fresh. Don’t order during the week food is very old.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE FOOD US NASTY THEY DONT COOK IT RIGHT AND THEY CANT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CHICKEN WINGS WERE HALF COOKED AND THE FRIES SOGGY!!!!! They gave me the wrong order also and didn’t put a receipt in the bag for me to see my order … they over charged me for chicken and fries !!!!!!

Our new Chinese spot for sure!! Food is so fresh and portions are big. Fast free delivery and very friendly service. Had the sesame shrimp and loved loved it! And they give you the option for mild to hot. Also loved the crab Rangoon . A+++
