I ordered a 16 pis family meal ,but when I got home , I took the order out and found out they forgot many things with my orders that I spent over $75, 8pics biscuits, one box of chicken wings , big smash potato, then I have to drive back to get my missing order back ,I don't live close around ,then they have to check out and make sure the order was all here then gave to the customer, not making customer go back then get it . Worst service and food wasn't tasted good..not recommended to buy here

I ordered a "2 CAN DINE" order that comes w/tenders, biscuits, and 2 sides. I got everything except a low amount of tenders. This location is cheap, and will exploit customers if they find an opportunity to. They gave me enough chicken for ONE order. I can tell because the box is the one used for a small order, and the amount of tenders is lower than what I usually get at other locations.I paid over $14 for this order, and was ripped off. For anyone reading go to the Popeyes on Forest Av (by Stop & Shop) if you want good proportions. I not only feel let down as a customer who has come here a few times, but as a patron who's been shopping at popeyes for a decade or more now.*Please note I took exactly half the tenders, and one biscuit from the box before taking the picture, but either way you all can see these people are cheap crooks that will do anything to save a dollar.

Used drive-thru first time here (as Popeyes).Moved very slowly (probably because more optimal for a Burger King / McD).But food items were accurate. While the one lady of staff I had encountered seemed to take job seriously (not often the case with chain restaurants).I like Popeyes, but was a little sad and surprised to see forever BK shutter at this location.

Whomever was on drive thru window 4/3/2024 from 5:45 pm on. truly does NOT LISTEN TO PEOPLE THAT ORDER !! I distinctly requested 6 whole wings !! And I reiterated 6 whole wings NOT THE WING PIECES. You would think that me requesting my food in detail would get me what I ordered!! Had it not been torrentially raining I’d have brought it back and throw it at them!!

When I just ordered the food took a little bit of time. I forgot to look at the time when it is to pickup so even when they are very busy they came and put it on my table. The food was very good and hot. I would recommend this place.
Has to be the slowest Popeyes ever… nothing is ready .. even during the lunch rush.. no matter what time you come… they have to drop chicken… don’t come here if you’re expecting fast
First time at this particular site. I made it before the lunch rush. Although, they seemed a bit behind. I had to wait, a bit longer than expected to get my order in. However, the guy taking the order was beyond friendly, kind, and courteous. I wish I had taken his name down! His kindness and excellent customer service made the time seem to not even exist.

Really bad service and it was not busy at all ,could not even understand the cashier, order a combo and they forgot to give me the drink , greasy chicken sandwich for 8$ and the 2pc combo was really bad 2 small pieces of dark meat chicken for 12$ not worth the money at all !!
