Food quality has gone down…way down. I wish I could say it’s a hit or miss…more misses than hits. Maybe it’s a lack of care? Cold old pizza. It’s a plain pizza. How can you get that wrong? You’re a pizza place. No Primo!

I been getting food delivered for the past 25 years. The original primo sold out. New owners took over. It's not the same place. Today was the final straw. I will not go to primo anymore. The delivery guy always has a puss on. The pizza come to my house cold. I only live two blocks away. Last time I ordered a grandma pie on the well done side. It was burned to a black. There's so many times they delivered to me which was not to my liking. Primo is not the same anymore.

My crazy kids and I went in there last night. The staff super nice and cool. My kids were all hyper out...they are ADHD and were hangry not a good combination. However the staff were non judgmental and very nice. Oh and the pizza is tasty as well.

This is hands down the best service I have ever received from the employees. As I am walking to the car, I notice that the pizza has the wrong order for me. The employee that made my pizza walked out himself to fix the order and give back the wrong pizza free of charge. I honestly wasn't going to say anything, but the guy came out and offered to fix it and for free. Please, if you are coming for pizza come to this place. The pizza and service in this restaurant is the best you will find.
