Kid who took our order was really nice, but whoever runs this location is not doing a good job. Soda in the machine was flat, and there was no ice in it. Also my mother ordered a shrimp quesadilla and they said they cant do it because it wouldn't fit in the quesadilla grill. I felt bad for the kid who had to apologize to us while the shameful owner kept quiet.

Went in a few weeks ago, I asked for fajitas and was told there was no more for the night (which was a lie the cook just didn’t want to make them) i asked when they closed he told me 9:30 which was also a lie.. I didn’t make it a big deal because I actually used to work for this place so I know how it is. Now today I ordered for delivery to give it another shot and I got the wrong meat on my bowl and the guac had no taste at all, feels like I wasted my money, if you are out of an item you can have it removed from the menu, you shouldn’t put whatever you feel is the best substitution without contacting the customer. I won’t waste my money at this location anymore. I would rather spend it at Woodrow where I’ve never had a problem and the food is always perfect.

The Manager has been very disgusting with her employees, i’ve seen on multiple occasions where she treated this one employee of hers way differently than the others. Even towards the customers i dont understand how she’s still working there, the whole community has this hate towards her based off she’s been managing things. Just had the WORST experience I’ve ever encountered at a fast food establishment today at the Qdoba in Tottenville Commons. I had placed an online order for pick up for two burritos, chips and a brownie. My boyfriend ran in to grab our order; before pulling away we checked the contents of the bag and noticed that there was only one burrito and the bag of chips. We went back in to get the missing burrito and brownie and the manager (shorter light brown hair and had a slight accent) asked to see the receipt (rightfully so) I had pulled up the receipt on my phone from the online order and this was not good enough for her, she said she needed the physical copy (not sure why my e-receipt was not good enough. Confirmation number and all) she then starts to remake my burrito all while having the worst attitude. She was barely listening to me as she went back and forth with her employee insisting that she made this burrito already. I explained to her that I wasn’t saying she didn’t make it I just know that I never received it. Then I asked for the brownie that I paid for and she seemed confused that the burrito meal & deal comes with a dessert. This is on YOUR website!! You don’t know what your meals come with?! Completely disrespectful attitude, insinuating that I was lying about never receiving my missing items. I’m appalled at the customer service! Will be taking my business elsewhere from this point forward

Food was cheeks. Service was bad. Place looks great tho. They give you a drink for the fountain yet the machine isn’t working. I was gonna go back but didn’t want “bother” them. They could do better. I’ve heard it isn’t a great place but I had to go check it out for myself. Treat your customers better they should be number 1. Also double check the orders and make sure they got everything. Can’t stress this enough. Never coming back! L place L food L service. I must admit tho they were done with the order in 1,2,3. Go at your own risk.Parking: I understand now the Parking Lot is empty for a reason.

Just had the greatest experience at this QDOBA location! I’m a bit of an addict and was disappointed to find the discontinuing of the impossible meat over on Woodrow, but when I called this location the woman on the other line greeted me super warm informing me this location still had !When I arrived it was immaculate. Clean, welcoming, and all that despite the fact I arrived 29 minutes before losing. We were met by the same warm voice from the women over the phone who remembered I called. Food was amazing, environment clean, and one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while.After a significantly long day, THANK YOU!This is my new GO TO location.

Qdoba needs to be better than Chipotle if it is to compete and survive,this place is not,portion sizes vary depending on who is working there on any given day,they are stingy with the chicken and meats,food not as fresh as it could and should be because lack of turnover,plus they are always out of something,today it was corn and guac,the guy behind me was told he had to wait 10 minutes because they were out of rice,its a shame because the location is great,unless they make some major changes ill be going a half hour out of my way to Chipotle by the mall.To the owner: please do not give me one of your generic responses to my post,thank you.
