Love this place, cheap prices and many deals. Portion sizes are nice. Very fast service and the food is always hot! Get the bento box and chicken teriyaki sushi! Only bad thing that ever happens was I got a Thai boba tea that tastes like it had soap in it but I went back in and they gave me a replacement with no questions asked.Parking: Giant parking lot, easy to find parking or you can park right in front and go in

Ordered here through UberEats so can’t give in store experience but the food actually hits the spot. If you ever had Sharku Japan, tastes similar to that and i apologize in advance if that offends the restaurant. I’ll definitely order again in the near future.

I was referred to this place by the folks af Richmond Behavioral,it's in a mini mall with a Stop and Shop,a 99cents Store,Dunkin Donuts,and a few other shops.As I luv Japanese food I was looking forward to it.the place has a lot of seating and seems popular with the locals.The menus are all laminated so you really can't take it with you.The minute I sat down I realized this was not truly a Japanese Restaurant.The guys behind the counter were speaking a language that I didn't reconize,but the moment of truth was when I ordered the "chicken teriyaki" which came with white rice and vegetables.the chicken was covered in a salty,sweet brown sauce which is usually used in poor quality fried rice.I personally try to avoid excessive salt in food.I thought it was gross and I wound up giving it to some birds.Staten Islanders please come to Manhattan or even Queens to sample good Asian food.Oh they also make smoothies I might try that next time.

I placed a large order on ubereats around two hours before their closing for my family and I. I ordered a party platter, which had an entire roll missing. The platter was yummy regardless! I just wish they were more accurate. I ordered 6 drinks, 1 of my drinks was missing, and the other 4 that I ordered spilled in the car. The strawberry boba drink spilled almost entirely. That restaurant is an 8 minute drive from my apartment. How does this happen? I contacted Uber support and they said the order was not eligible for a refund! This was a horrible experience and I will never order from this place ever again.Their beef teriyaki however was very flavorful! Their fried rice as well, soo delicious. Might buy this in-person next time and I’ll update accordingly.In all honesty, it’s probably better to skip their drinks hahah

We really enjoyed our meal!! Listened to a review and shared a chicken teriyaki with extra chicken and the container was really heavy! Definitely enough to share with someone. And don’t be afraid to order the sushi here! Second time ordering the new black dragon roll and it was absolutely delicious. Love how the specialty rolls come with 8 pieces!!!! Also got 3 spring rolls which were yummy and super light and crispy. Yum! The chckn teryks def better then Sarku!

I have been trying to give this place a chance.Every time you give the guy behind the counter the order he just doesn't listen. I just don't think they understand.
