The place is like a very large house. Funky decorations make for a pleasant atmosphere. We were promptly greeted as we entered and seated at a comfortable table for our party of 3. We ordered blue crab beignets for the table. These delicious little bites were a nice starter. A nice drink menu offered a bunch of different old fashioneds. We ordered brisket, fried chicken and fried catfish. All were exceptional as was the efficient, cheerful service. I don't rate 5 stars lightly, this place deserves it!

Service was super quick, the food came out right away, and the food was super good. The chicken had the perfect crisp and the lobster Mac and cheese was the perfect amount of cheesy for me. The waitress was so nice, too. It was the perfect place to go when we were super super hungry looking for a good bite to eat.

Today I ordered food for delivery, the portions were super small and expensive, is it serious that a chicken leg is $7??? And an order of brisket only comes with 4 slices? nothing to do with good tasting food but small portions for the

Upon entering, we noticed that no one was at the front entrance. We sat down and waited, but unfortunately, there was garbage on the floor beside us. Our waitress, Jomarie, eventually came over and offered to clean the area, which we appreciated. However, we waited for about 15 minutes before she took our order, despite being seated before three other ladies of a different race who arrived after us. To our surprise, Jomarie attempted to serve them first, despite our earlier arrival. When I politely pointed out that we were ready to order, she gave me an odd look, as if she hadn't realized we had been waiting longer. The customers told her it was okay to serve us( considering they knew when had arrived before them) We then waited another 45 minutes for our food, during which time we noticed that the people she attempted to serve before us received their orders promptly, including another couple that arrived after us(also of another race) While we do not assume that race played a role in this incident, we were disappointed and frustrated with Jomarie's lack of attentiveness, poor customer service, and unprofessional attitude. Despite hearing positive reviews about this establishment, we left feeling let down and undervalued as customers.

Been here 4 times and will keep going. Sally’s never disappoints! As a Chef I can say the Food is flavorful and creative. There’s nothing I’ve had in the menu that was mediocre, everything is very delicious. The blood Orange bbq sauce my favorite sauce! I could drink it. Can’t wait to return.Kid-friendliness: My son has a few dietary restrictions but they have a great kids menu and always accommodate my requests. Also the portions are very good to fill your child.
