Burghers are average at best, and for the price there are to many cheaper better places close enough to drive. $21 and change for 2 burghers and a fry. Also check your food before you leave, seems they chefs can't count to 2, ordered a double and only received one burgher.

a friend placed an order for food and a chocolate shake from Amboy Rd location. she was delivered a peanut putter shake. her daughter who is highly peanut allergic took a sip. She had an allergic reaction. my friend called the store to let them know and the manager hung up on her!!!!

This place is a local favorite. Young and older alike , everyone enjoys Smashburger. We tried the mushroom, Swiss Truffle burger. An old time favorite, though this restaurant has found away to make the hamburger, fries experience better and extraordinary. The Italian fries are to die for. Truly special. Try the vanilla shakes they’re great. Right here in Eltingville, it is a go.

The smash tots were really good and crispy. Orea Shake was great as well. I got the spicy guac burger. My patty felt small. The bread took over the whole burger. My husband had the brisket burger which was good. If I'm around, I'd go here over another fast food place, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.

First time ordering here, I read the reviews beforehand knowing that people who have good experiences never leave reviews. My bf and I ordered the Baja burgers, substituted the onions for sautéed onion. (he added an egg and I subbed for turkey on a multi grain bun). We ordered a large serving of smash fries and Brussels sprouts to share. It was bomb! The jalapeños were diced and my second bite, I bit down on something hard... which surprisingly turned out to be a jalapeño. Other than that, it was delicious. I loved the fries! We asked for them to be extra crispy and I wish I ordered more of the Brussel sprouts. I recently tried Shake Shack for the first time as well and I def preferred my Smashburger! I really appreciated how easy it was to order. No pic since I inhaled it! Lol next time, I'll try a shake!

Went there for first time last yr. In dec. 2019 food was good. Can't eat alot of it. Staff seems very nice and place was clean. Son got a job there . He likes staff, place and food. Make manager scewed him over used his id on register and blamed him when things screwed up. Be careful of managers using ur number. Son worked w orka..female manager..said she was the best.coworkers were nice. Kept place very clean.xcept for the one malemanager who thought he owned the place.

I recommend NOTHING at this location. I was just removed from this location because I had to-go food from a Japanese restaurant while my boyfriend ordered food from this location and the reason I was given was because of the food, the coronavirus is going around. So a cashier asked me to leave so no one would get the coronavirus!!!!! Wtf does that even mean. The racism and ignorance behind this horrible display in front of other customers was just embarrassing. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION.
