I had a small dispute with my order and kindly asked a question. Customer service at its finest, I was ignored and then walked away. Won’t be going back. Instead of going this direction for my bagels, I’ll drive the other way on victory and go to the other bagel store.

Hero's are good and reasonably priced. Egg sandwiches are expensive. $7.60 for turkey bacon, eggs and cheese on a roll. The bagels aren't very good.

I think if they don't like you they make your food wrong. This ain't the first time. I'm getting sick from the food I ate. A bunch of sad workers. I feel mad sick I think I have food poison.

Friendly staff and good sandwiches made to order. They have a nice sitting area if you want to eat on site. There’s also convenient parking right in front.
I asked for toasted bagels reminded him twice got home and they weren’t toasted .I should have known better and checked before I left the store bc it happened before. One of the bagels had grey/ blond hair in it . The chicken salad was just horrible .
