Not sure if it was the workers fault, or management for not putting more people to work, but I waited 25 minutes for service. Not even for my food… Just to be SPOKEN TO by the only employee working. She was too busy doing online orders and did not even bother to look at the line once. There was at least 8 others waiting to be helped! Super slow at that, didn’t even seem productive and did not know how to handle the customers. Actually Seemed annoyed with the customers… If you don’t like your job, leave! Or ask the manager for some help! Or at least apologize to your customers! Super ignorant…

This place was very bad I walked in and it smelled like a monkey tute I got rude service and I wanted a meatball sub and while I was waiting for my sandwotch they said something out of pocket can I give it a 0 I almost puked when I went to take a dump in the back and there was poo and the floor and no toilet paper.

I have been purchasing sandwiches here at the Arden Ave location for about 5 years now about once a week , Today I walked in ordered three sandwiches as I usually do for my family and the employee behind the counter told me we dont accept subway coupons . I asked him why not ,isn't this a subway sandwich shop? His reply was yes but we do t accept them here anymore. Last time I received coupons was about a year ago in the mail and used them there. I have never heard of that before that's why you are buying a franchise , their food , their name, their support. I spend close to $50 a week on three sandwiches every week and when I have a coupon they want to refuse it????? I walked out and told him to eat it!!! They lost a customer that's it. Dont give this store any business for their one sided tatics, BOYCOTT SUBWAY SANDWICH SHOP ARDEN AVENUE ,STATEN ISLAND NY. PUT IT ON FACEBOOK, TIKTOK ALL SOCIAL MEDIA. JOIN THE CAUSE BOYCOTT SUBWAY SANDWICH SHOP!!!!!!! LET THEM KNOW THEY ARE IN BUSINESS BECAUSE OF US THE CUSTOMERS!!!! SHUT THEM DOWN

I don’t like the idea they don’t honor coupons that say “ any sandwich “ just a list of four they want to offer!! As far as the sandwiches; they keep raising the prices and the amount of tuna salad of cold cuts are way too skimpy: when you say put some more to bring the sub up to par they are charging 1.75 for “ deluxe” regular isn’t enough why don’t they call that “ spread” like we butter our toast!!!! Becoming too overpriced for what they give you , go to Freddie’s on Richmond Ave and get a real deal hero sandwich!!!
