One of the Better locations for taco bell on Staten Island. The staff is friendly for the most part. Only had one issue where the employee said my online order wasn't showing. ( I ordered 1 taco she could have asked and made it and I would of happily paid ) besides that the food is good and quick because you can't go back into the parking lot once you leave due to the one way traffic. So they don't make you pull into a spot to wait.

Never really had any issues. Food is always good .. if you are looking for a quick service meal. Staff is hard working and friendly If you are over the age of 50 be sure to let them know and you should get a discount also ask if they provide this depending on location if you need to show ID please don't be insulted. I always ask now that I am over 50 . Also load the Taco Bell phone app discounts for meals there as well .
It's Taco Bell. I've only used the drive thru. It's a bit slow but other than that everything has always been fine. The cheesy Gordita crunch is delicious. I ask for some sauce to add.

Horrible customer service. Usually never have a problem here until today and Today will be the last Friday I go to Taco Bell before class and pick up lunch for me and my classmates. I was the only customer in the drive through at like 5:30pm. I wasn't familiar with what I was ordering as it was for my friend. I just repeated what she told me $5 craving box and listed a cheesy Gordita crunch and cheesy fiesta potatoes and a burrito she then proceeded to tell me that offer was only online. I told her I wasn't familiar with the order and that I can just order them separate if it's only online. Then she ended up putting it in after much confusion she had an attitude and asked me to repeat my order. She then started talking very fast and gave huge sighs over the microphone. Very nasty. She also didn't give me forks which I assume was purposely done

There was no line and now I see why. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme & it's full of lettuce & tomatoes. No meat or sour cream. SMH first time there & last time.

Great Taco Bell. My order is always right, and the staff is always polite whenever I come here. There's never anything wrong with the food, and it stays warm until I'm able to get it home. The wait time is about 5 minutes for the drive-thru, which is not bad, though when it's very busy it can be a few minutes more. So far so good! Comes in handy when I need a quick taco fix.
