“Let's get down to business (as the song from Mulan plays in my head as soon as I said it) ok, so I am being well... nice with the stars I am giving and here's why. We have two slices of classic pizza, an order of mozzarella sticks, and an order of wings, and in typical NYC fashion was pricy. Now let's start with the wings because they made it for us with no sauce which was awesome- they were actually pretty good, the breading, the taste, I think this was the main stars of our meal. Now, onto the pizza, pretty tasty, oil seeping slice, ya know the usually. Now the sticks nope, nah. They are EXTRA oregano(y) like I mean extra. They're a great size and the mozzarella inside (which I ate and left the breading) was good. The oregano of overdose life in the sticks was not doing it for me. The place is tiny, so for a quick grab to eat and be on your merry way - perfect. For a date night? Nah- unless you're going for the gelato and cannolis then maybe just maybe a dessert date?“
“I've been dying to try this spot! I pass it allll the time on Bergen St. So I finally went and ordered their Whaler Sandwich. The thing was huge! It was on a footlong roll and had at least 4-6 pieces of fish on it. I enjoyed the sandwich very much and split it with my husband. It had a healthy amount of lettuce and tomatoes on it with their special tartar sauce. Their sauce is a little yellow because I believe they put honey mustard in it. If that's not your thing or you're not that adventurous then ask for it on the side. I loved it on mine honestly. The fish was well seasoned and fried. I also ordered an Uptown and it was not too sweet and just right. It comes in a very large cup and only for $2!!! I think I spent altogether $10 or $12. They ONLY TAKE CASH unless you order on Grubhub.“
“I live the seafood boil, I get it spicy. The steak hibachi also good. The steak is always cooked to my liking. I also saw the fresh cut steak when I ordered my food and it was definitely fresh steak and not frozen. 8/10 because the portions size is small.“
