Outstanding... Had the steamed pork dumplings and "lolipop" chicken wings. Was recommended by a friend. Definitely coming back

We moved to Staten Island 2 years ago from Manhattan, The Richmond restaurant has a very unique menu. Their pork cabbage dumpling is beyond delicious, their burger, short rib steamed buns , amazing service. Can not wait to go back.

I adore this place. It is so cozy and modern. Great atmosphere. Great cocktails. Food is also really delicious. I would say it is a little pricey for Staten Island, but if counting delicious food and great service, it is not so bad. They only open for dinner and on Sunday for brunch. In the summer, they have a terrace open.. but i did not visit the terrace yet. I would definitely recommend visiting for dinner. Today, we had brunch here with my husband and we got a great service..food came out fast, salad was fresh and yammy. We got a complimentary sweet bread toasted with a tiny jelly jar..very nice touch. We also had a fried burata and two eggs Benedict. Everything and everyone was lovely. Definitely will be back.?

I’m sorry to say I was disappointed by the service. I know it’s not Cebu but I expected the same caliber of service and it was lacking. It was not very busy and we waited a long time for our drinks. I guess I’m spoiled because in Cebu you are really catered to. Here, not so much. The food was good. My husbands dish was luke warm. He didn’t bother asking for it to be heated because the waiter was nowhere to be found. Atmosphere was beautiful as I expected but the food was fair and the service was dull.

The food was good except for my husbands, his was luke warm. He would have asked for it to be heated but the waiter was nowhere to be found. It was not a full house which we could not understand why it was taking so long to even get our drink order.

We live The Richmond! It has a very cozy and cute atmosphere and the service is fantastic. I also love that they have gluten free options. We stopped in for brunch and enjoyed their bottomless bubbly, our server recommended the Hugo Spritz and it was fantastic! They also asked if we had dietary restrictions and offered us a flourless chocolate cake which was delicious. 10/10 would highly recommend stopping here.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options. Menu is clearly marked.

All of the food was excellent. The Lollipop wings were delicious and tasty. My wife had the Steak frites which was wonderful. My pasta was amazing. Both desserts were first rate! It was an excellent dining experience.

Love love love The Richmond. The atmosphere is so very inviting. The food is superb with such a wide selection to make every palate happy. And the service, ask for Dayna. You will be family before the night is over.

If you are not hungry and trying to build up an appetite this is the restaurant for you.Went here on Valentine's Day, we were so excited because of the reviews and photos of food. The waitress was pleasant. She asked if we could order everything at the same time and she would space it out for us. No problem ? We ordered and received our drinks within minutes. As we waited for our food the waitress checked in periodically which I appreciated. However we waited over 30 minutes for our appetizers which were not to my husband nor myself liking. Still waiting over 45 minutes for the entrees to the point we requested to just get the bill. They bagged our food to go which was horrible with the smallest portions!!!Will not be back!!!

The Richmond was wonderful. I was out of town and me and my better half wanted to celebrate VD Day there. We called ahead and they had escargot and! It did not disappoint! The drinks were unique and tasty! If you go there, ensure you try their union soup. We then had seafood pasta and the chicken. All of it was delicious!

The Richmond is always an awesome place for dinner. The ambience is amazing and the staff is friendly. Food is phenomenal. It's not just for date night it's family friendly as well. Sit closer to the fireplace is you wish to remain warm during the wintertime.

I have to give a shout out to our server and Bartender first, Devin and Peter. They made my wife Jen and I feel like we've been gng to The Richmond for years. The atmosphere was so relaxing and inviting. The food was exceptional. We started with a charcuterie board, that had nice balance of cheeses to fruits to fig jam. We had a bottle of Malbec that was very pleasant on the palate. Devin gave us tastes of several and made recommendations based on what we were eating. We followed our app with their Chicken Parm pizza and a side of pasta. This was truly outrageous. Crispy, saucy and cheesy with an exceptional flavor. Dessert was just as pleasing. Chocolate martinis with a pistachio mouse and vanilla ice cream. Totally delectable. I can't wait to go back and try some other dishes and to converse with the friendly staff. Oh yeah, the price was great as well.
