Authentic Korean BBQ, meat is in good quality and marinated well - so delicious! Family friendly and the kids loved the food. The service was great also. The owners even said goodbye when we left. Highly recommended and will come back!

Did not have a pleasant experience with the server. Very rude and self-important. When I asked if we could change our order, she shrugged, told me to speak to the owner, and walked away. After our meal, she accidentally overcharged me. She realized this but did not offer to fix the bill, even after I tipped generously. I have been a customer for many years and never experienced that kind of service before.

Excellent food. Even though it is clearly a Korean restaurant, I can definitely say this is some of the best Japanese food I have tasted on Staten Island. From the takoyaki to the tonkatsu to the sushi, it is freshly made and they taste absolutely amazing. They are reasonably priced too. I have not tried their Korean food yet, but that is definitely on the list of things to do here next time. Also, I heard they have karaoke nights, but I'm not into that so I can't give feedback there.

Hair in my bulgogi???never gonna order from here again～ rices are watery～ comon rice is basic stuffs and you couldnt make it good？the food is just okay， i have been to lots of korean bbq but none of them as bad as this one.i m sure 5 stars rating are their friends or relatives～i will give them 3 stars if i didnt found that hair.damn it，i have to cook a ramen now for dinner！ that hair makes me throw the whole order！

I feel like some of these bad reviews are for the wrong restaurant. I've never had bad service here and the sushi is delicious! I appreciate the authentic Korean offerings as well and the Bon Chon is the best I've ever had. It is more expensive than your basic Asian faire on Staten Island but I feel like you're getting better quality with it as well. Are some of these people missing taste buds? I don't know.

Very friendly service, "traditional family service". Have to have a bit of patience to get good food. Remember you cannot rush greatness lol. Food was very good decently priced. Kids love this place. We do go about once or twice a month.
