I posted a review from the receipt, and the manager got back to me, but I never called him. Normally, this is a great hangout, but this particular visit was not pleasant due to the waitress who was never around. I will give it another chance because other visits were great, but I am all about consistency and good service.

Now this is a place to see. Let me start by saying you will be packed in like sardines but it is worth it. You will LOVE the food, the atmosphere and the staff. The oven fired pizza is amazing. The calamari and shrimp is to die for. Go there ready to eat the best food you ever had. They care if you have food allergies. You will be comfortable and the prices are just right. I was even there with children so it's a family fun business. Also this business has a nice bar and lots of televisions. Go there and experience the fun and enjoy!!

Food was mid. Service was ok. Atmosphere is great, it’s basically the only reason to go here.Had the utmost weirdest interaction with an employee on 4/4/24 around 730PM. The manager on this Thursday night came by and greeted our table, asking us how everything was going. We asked for boxes to wrap our food, and the manager smiled and assured us he’ll be right back.The manager never came back.It’s frustrating when employees know they don’t have the bandwidth or the capacity to follow through with a service, but promise it anyway. If the manager was busy, please don’t say you’ll grab the boxes for us. Have the server do it.Point being, the silly goose manager had my table waiting over 20 minutes for boxes. Very odd guy, he passed our table multiple times before we had to finally flag down our original server and ask for our check and to-go boxes.If you are a forgetful person, then I’m sorry to say management is NOT the job for you lol.But they seem to make so much money that the reviews don’t matter, so hey that’s a good thing for them I guess

The Arugula Salad OMG. It was divine. My Asian Sticky Ribs were a little burned, but the flavor was amazing as always. My service was a tad on the slow side, but the staff were very friendly.
Appetizers are the best. Atmosphere is hip and lively. Service is great. Best thing that came to the mall.

I thought I’d give this place a second chance after my first time where there was terrible food and service. Anyways today, I came in to order some food we ordered a margarita pizza, a steak sandwich, and a Caesar salad. The pizza was very doughy and was not cooked properly. The cheese on top was not melted and the sauce was too liquidy. The bread was raw inside with pieces of dough rolling back and forth. In terms of the steak sandwich not only did the steak come out raw, it was soaked in mayonnaise (which was not on the menu) and to top it off there was a black hair sticking out from the meat. The salad was soaked with Ceaser dressing and the cheese had mold (smell and look wise). When we were leaving, I took a peak at the open kitchen and saw workers without gloves touching the computer screens, the dishes, and then the food and the floor filled with food debris. This place needs to be shut down and have a health inspector come in. Beyond disgusting.

It was my first time at this restaurant/bar I have got to say it was amazing. I noticed the place is very spacious and clean. The staff are professional and friendly. My waiter was wonderful. The menu is huge with unique dishes I haven’t seen at other bars. The food was so good I had started with two appetizers and a entree. The pretzel was fresh, soft and delicious, I just wish it had less sodium in it. The spinach and artichoke dip was so yummy. The sushi was my favorite dish, it was of the best sushi I ever had. I also tried the grilled chicken & mushrooms with fresh basil pizza it was fresh and fantastic. I’m very impressed with this business.
