Me and my girlfriend are locals and regulars here, never had a problem. However, today a young gentleman had an unacceptable demeanor towards us, referred to me, the CUSTOMER, as “bro” and was passive aggressive towards me and my girlfriend when ordering, because we were laughing about an inside joke. Very disappointing, definitely ruined the ice experience alone just from the customer service. I hope this stuck up, insecure worker gets what he deserves, definitely will not be coming here again.

Even though the ice cream here is great, the customer service is really poor. The guy serving us today was passive aggressive and mean which completely ruined the experience. Moreover, he was calling me “bro,” which felt degrading. Definitely not eating here

You can't leave 3 kids managing this place with a line of about 30 people. The staff looked ready to cry, breakdown. We were 5th in line and waited about 40 min for 2 soft serves. They were good.

This is not your average old school Hudson valley ice cream shop. They take care of you like they are, but they have a modern looking building and menu and great customer service. I’m on a keto diet so I got a burger and hot dog without buns. They might not look enticing from the pictures but they were great and fit right into my diet.Dietary restrictions: They accommodated my keto requests no problem. They even wrapped my burger in lettuce for me.

I had Larry’s Burger earlier today, and it was truly the best burger I’ve ever had. Perfectly caramelized patty on a soft roll, delicious aroma, and all the toppings were soooo good. I also loved the curly fries (they were crispy and not soggy, as can often happen with curly fries) and the Glampy Camper sundae I had was so tasty. The staff were also very nice and enthusiastic. I loved Cherries before the new owner, and I love Cherries even more after!! Both the soft serve and hard ice cream are delicious and actually taste like the flavor they say they are. Pistachio ice cream dense with actual pistachios! Maple soft serve that doesn’t just taste like sugar! The prices are reasonable for the quality, which means the building and branding don’t just look good, the product is good too! An excellent ice cream institution worth a visit in any season. Except do note that there’s no indoor space, so prepare to shiver while you eat ice cream outside. I did see heat lamps though!
Good change of pace from Stewart's and they definitely have some unique flavors. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed

Great ice cream, great food, super friendly staff (I’m convinced I’m being hit on but I’m not sure and either way I’m into it) super fun flavors, my only complaint is that there’s no bathroom but I heard that’s changing soon.
