The staff make this chain a better stop than most. They are kind and friendly to kids, and the rest of us too but wow. Really nice and accommodating to kids. I saw 2 kids under 10 get service and help from 3 people who gave them the experience of being important customers and treated as though they were any other customer with kindness and respect as though they were an adult. It was refreshing to see good people give kids a chance to be "normal" and yet treated well.It may seem small, but it made me happy.

My friend purchased a drink late in the evening & received accurate, friendly & quick service. Food was good, coffee was good, but they get five stars for professionally and effectively dealing with the entitled Karen that came in after me. Kudos to the staff for having to put up with that nonsense AND for doing it while maintaining professionalism. ??????

Been going to the Stone Ridge Dunken for a while now. Generally have good experiences but there is a countless amount of times I dont receive all items I order online. With no prompt from workers upon pick up that there were items that were out of stock. Get home and open the bags and missing 10 to 15 dollars worth of food. When I call about these issues they save the ticket and give me the items I ordered at a later time. But that doesn't help me when im already home trying to have breakfast.
