They always make their shakes very well, adding about 1.5-2 scoops of ice cream for a nice consistency in a small shake. I always leave satisfied with my purchase.——Usually, when I order inside, they have chocolate shakes. For some reason, I always have a hard time with drive-thru. This is the 4th time I tried ordering a chocolate milkshake through drive-thru, and they say they don’t have chocolate available. They proceeded to tell us the three flavors they claim they do have, which are always the same three. I thought it was odd that they seemingly never have chocolate at the drive-thru, so I went inside to check, and guess what? There’s a tub of chocolate out on display, enough to make at least 5 large shakes, and there are other flavors available that weren’t mentioned at the drive-thru.Not sure why they would lie about not having the flavor I asked for, but it’s unprofessional and not appreciated. Hopefully management fixes this.

This was a good quiet and nice of experience at Baskin-Robbins in Rocking County on route 59. The facility was clean and the staff was very kind and generous and very helpful and patient. I appreciate seeing that in the boys that work there. The ice cream was more than satisfying I gave it a four star rating for this three scoop sundaewas my preference and it was very creamy great proportions size and the toppings were delicious as well too. I really could taste the mint chocolate chip and snickers as well as the caramel swirl back went along with it. I will return again and I will tell others to visit this particular Baskin Robbins establishment.

Second time, in a ROW, I come here and they don’t have what I’m ordering... you come to a donut place only to find out they don’t have donuts. And the latest one, I ordered a banana split and guess what??? They don’t have bananas. I think today was my last day visiting this location.
