I've been here before but just after staying in Winchester Bay for 8 nights this July I thought I'd do a review of the place. 2 years ago when I was there they had many more things to sell, but this year I was told a new owner-manager? 2 years ago I bought some jam from them and they even mailed it to my house, of course I had to pay. This year I did get jam and just walked across the street to the post office and did it myself. They don't do the mailing thing anymore. No big deal. The day before I left I bought one of their huge cinnamon rolls and boy was it good!! Cost $7.25 but it was enough for 4 people! Still a nice place but was better 2 years ago,in my opinion.

Fabulous breads, coffee, and candies. Friendly staff. Great roadside stop. Reasonable prices. Restroom available. They also sell sourdough starter to try at home. Wine available for sale, too.

Word of mouth in our campground was that we should go find the sour dough bread shop up the street. We stopped by and were pleasantly surprised with their breads, bagels, sweets, and their special butter! It’s right on the corner in WBay and the highway, so stop by and grab a brownie.

Stopped by this place while on a road trip as we were hungry. Had a simple cream cheese toasted bagel, but it was amazing. Place looks a little dated but don’t let that put you off.
