Filthy, dirty, store & rude workers, terrible food that gave me food poisoning. I was sick for a week! They do not cook the food properly. I ordered the empanada & was very cold on the inside they reheated & still cold. I was up the at 2am the next morning vomiting & diarrhea. I called to report the incident but no one has gotten back to me! I’ll never go back there or to any dunkin ever again!!!

I’ve been to this dunkin for like 5-6 times and every time coffee tastes like water and sugar. There’s no taste of coffee. So I decided to let them know since I like Dunkin coffee and I’ve been drinking it for like 9 years now.they didn’t even tried to listen what I was saying instead they were yelling and telling me it’s the machine.This is the only Dunkin where coffee tastes like hot water and on top of that, customer service is horrible.Never going back to this place!

VERY BAD SERVICE! I was very disappointed with the service! The person named Alma was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL with the CLIENTS !!! She even told me that she doesn’t care if I give her a BAD REVIEW!!! Hopefully the owner notice how POOR your training with your people. Very Bad! Business like this bound yo fail!

This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts in the world which never had hashbrowns in the stock the employees sitting on the chairs in the casual clothes, one hour before closing the store. Every time they have a issue with the scanning machine sometime they don’t give you the bag for sandwich. sometime you get a burnt coffee sometime you found paper in the bagel totally ridiculous

Stopped quickly for donuts to go. Was in a hurry due to no parking. It seems like any problem behind the counter stops the progress of taking orders and becomes Everyone's problem and it slows everything down. Maybe it's just me but I got my donuts and was soon on my way.I'll see if it keeps happening.☺️Parking: Risky to double park

every time I come here these ladies give me some type of issue, if it's me "ordering too slow "or "being difficult with my order". Even told them theres always a issue going into this establishment. At the end I'm paying for your service, so either do it with a better attitude or don't do it

It was cloudy Tuesday Morning on July on 4th. I was doing laundry with my family and we decide hey why not some Dunk-in for my family. Today is our day off to celebrate and what not better to start off the morning at Dunk-in. We walk there and we’re excited to finally get breakfast for the day. We ordered our favorite bagels and coffees. The moment I opened my bagel, it had come to my attention that it was not a fresh bagel. They had put the thinnest layer of cream cheese on my bagel. I was very disappointed because that is that best part of the bagel.

Staff seems to be untrained in DD Rewards system, almost every time I try to redeem a reward it “doesn’t work” and they blame it on my card. Then they pick an argument instead of attempting to troubleshoot. It makes me feel like I’m fighting for my own money and defeats the point of the reward system since I have to go through a whole unpleasant ordeal involving the manager each time. Please train staff on DD rewards…

Coffee machine broken. Order placed online, the lady was calling her boss, asking on how to cancel the order, as they couldn't make my coffee, she did asked me if i want something else many times and i said no, as i placed an order at Dunkin on 42nd st. Now, whoever her boss is made her refund me with cash out of her own pocket. Its ILEGAL TO DO THAT. YOu cannot make her pay because your machine broke. I will call labor department and report you for doing that. Those 3 ladies were so nice and they do not deserve an ignorant so called boss.

I made an online order just now and when I walked in I noticed they were on my order, so before they put any product into the cup, I kindly asked if they could put less ice. The woman working at 2:20pm today (Thursday the 2nd) took the cup and shook out all of like one cube. I again kindly asked if she could just fill it half way. She then flung the ice out with an attitude, leaving two cubes. Then, started to complain about me, assuming I didn’t understand what she was saying because it wasn’t English. THE most unpleasant and unprofessional. Five stars though for the guy who actually did make my drink and was pleasant.
