If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I placed an order online and it was never delivered. When I called to ask the manager, he said the driver was almost there. 30minutes later when the order was still not here, I called back and the manager said it was delivered. I asked if they had proof or if the driver even called me and they said no to both. I live in a building with a doorman who will call every delivery up and they confirmed that no one came in with a pizza. The driver claimed to have knocked on my door and left the pizza outside. I was home the entire time and there was no delivery. At this point, I asked the manager for a refund or a re-delivery of my order and he declined both and offered no resolution other than to say he can't do anything. Did I mention that they hung up on me twice? We asked the manager for his name so I could follow up with a complaint and he refused to share it, which should say a lot about his character. I would avoid ordering here at all costs, both the manager and the driver are both liars and clearly do not want to do their job or admit their incompetence.

Papa John's, a popular pizza chain known for its slogan "Better Ingredients. Better Pizza," has unfortunately failed to live up to its promises in terms of both service and quality in this specific establishment. Never encountered such terrible Behavior and customer service anywhere else. As a customer who recently had an unpleasant experience at this outlet, I feel compelled to share my critique. Firstly, the service at Papa John's was abysmal. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with multiple Indian staff who seemed disinterested in assisting customers & screaming "can i help you with something?" With their rude attitude and horrid disrespect. The lack of attentiveness and professionalism was evident throughout my visit as they consistently ignored requests for assistance or took an unreasonable amount of time to fulfill my orders. Not only am I waiting a ridiculous amount of time for a personal pizza, but the looks they give you and utter disrespect they produce just staring at you whilst on their phone or doing nothing. I saw an employee yelling on the phone for 1 hour straight in his language and just made me feel uncomfortable to be there. Going inside to order something is way worse, as the weird attitude for taking too long to choose what to order and the vibe is completely and utterly, "hurry up, your wasting time" when there is most of the time no one there. Furthermore, the quality of their pizza left much to be desired. Despite their claims of using superior ingredients, the taste fell flat at this place specifically, and I have experience all this multiple times. The crust lacked flavor and had an unpleasant texture while the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed. It was evident that little care went into preparing each pie. Additionally, when I attempted to address my concerns with management, I encountered further disappointment. They displayed a dismissive attitude towards customer feedback as usual, and failed to take any meaningful action to rectify the situation. They just yelled "sir you are wasting my time!" In conclusion, This specific Papa John's terrible service and subpar pizza have left me deeply dissatisfied as a customer. Their lackluster approach at this place towards customer satisfaction is concerning for a company that prides itself on delivering quality products and happy customers. It is essential for this place and their management to reevaluate their practices if they wish to regain trust from disappointed customers like myself. Do not go here unless you want to be completely uncomfortable, smart mouthedly, disrespected, & just utterly disappointment, any other papa john besides this one, would place you in better spirits than this poor excuse of a papa johns establishment.

We just received this pizza which clearly was held vertically because it’s completely destroyed. We had ordered this pizza at 1pm for LUNCH and called papa johns when this order showed up like this and their response was “call the manager at 6pm” and refused to give us a refund or send a new pizza and to instead his respond was “throw away the pizza”. Absolutely ridiculous.
