HORRIBLE.Food and service is usually ok as long as it with the staff anytime between the hours of 7am-7pm. Anything after that is now questionable after this last tragedy. Went in about 6:45am. There were two Asian ladies in there. One tall lady and one short lady.The shorter lady is the reason for this nightmare. Not only did I observe her handling money with the same gloves that she used to prepare cheeseburgers with but she also handled the garbage AND wiped the counter with a rag containing god knows what on it! The rag was clearly wet!As if that was ridiculous enough, the taller of the two was preparing cheeseburgers.apparently she made a mistake and put ketchup the order she was working on.When The shorter of the two saw the mistake she started scolding her and in a fit of rage grabbed the top of another bun and scraped the ketchup off every single cheeseburger! Suppose the person of that order is allergic to ketchup? Not one time did she even FATHOM to change her gloves as she was rushing through the orders as if the place was crowded. There was no one in the lobby except for myself and two cars in the drive through so there was no reason for her behavior. I will not return to this White Castle.this is forever sketched in my brain now. That’s it.White FILTHY I’ve had enough.

Best drive thru experience I've had at any fast food restaurant in years . I should have gotten her name ?, she automatically bundled my order to help me save money and explained the incentives of getting the WC app. Also she provided extra sauces and napkins that I didn't have to ask for. That is not the norm anymore since FF restaurants don't even want to give napkins if you don't ask. This is one of the few surviving WC in Queens so whenever the crave hits this is where I go. Burgers are always consistently fresh.

Update march 2024 clam strips are back and chicken and waffle sliders are amazing.Update they have permanently removed clam strips from the menu. Classic sliders...outdated interior...staff that clearly doesn't want to be there but nothing beats a few sliders and cheese fries after a night of drinks.

Place where it seems like you are transported to the past with excellent service from ladies who clearly have a lot of expertise in the kitchen. The burgers are very tasty and with five of them you will be satisfied! It is not worth ordering medium or large drinks because the small one is a fairly large quantity.
