I ended up waiting > 20 mins at your store. I did wait > 50 mins for my order. If you cannot handle your orders, stop taking them. But please don’t justify your mistake / incompetence by being defensive and rude.Mgmt did not try to talk to me. After waiting patiently, when my order was finally ready, I politely told your manager that I waited > 50 mins for the order. Shen then gave me many excuses of being busy, with a lot of attitude. She was unapologetic. I didn’t argue. I quietly left.You do a great job servicing your customers? In my case, all evidence to the contrary.I’m being accused of being a person using the internet to hurt someone’s business? All evidence to the contrary. Over the past 6 years, I’ve written 6 reviews. I rarely write one. Excluding your review, all 5 have been stellar reviews (5 of 5). Not worth my time writing a bad one. But in your case, I made an exception. I’m simply sharing my experience, which was subpar. Please don’t accuse and attack your customer (former) for writing an honest review because it’s not a good one.

There appears to be new management and staff and this represents a major improvement. We stopped going to this eatery a year ago because of how poorly it was run. We finally decided to give it another chance and we're thrilled to see it being run by a new team. Keep up the great work.

Very disappointed. The staff is not very helpful. They also do not speak English well. They speak fluent spanish . Trying to order food and communicating is difficult. I find that to be a problem here in America.

So my original rating was five-stars for years, but the past three times I've been to this location I have been served spoiled meat. This is a shame as I really did enjoy this restaurant for breakfast and lunch. But if I have to worry about my meat being spoiled then I can no longer eat there. Sadly I no longer recommend this place.

I just got robbed! A bagel with butter and a drink = $7.00. That would work in Scandinavia where there's not a bagel place in sight. But on Long Island, with a bagel place every three blocks, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
