“I started coming here since the opening week. Alejandro and his crew are incredibly kind and humble hosts. It is a hectic environment and if the food is delayed, I'm ok with that because I know it is all prepared fresh, rather old or re-heated like many other places. The decor is on point, I feel like I'm back at Playa del Carmen, not the tourist spots, but the authentic off the beaten path joint. With the addition of the drinks and the large variety, this place is only getting better and better.I read earlier reviews about the food being bland or only for white people who don't know better, but I certainly do not agree. Flavors are subtle, salt is right, spice is right and if you want it different, you just ask...again, the staff is great and very patient.Thank you for letting me keep coming back!Vegetarian options: The veggie tacos are so fresh, so well flavored. I also love the corn and of course the guacamole. The quesadillas are ridiculous as well and of course, thankfully, the Mezcal is also vegetarian ;-)“

“My husband and I ordered takeout from Express Seafood for the first time today. We live nearby and wanted to support our local restaurants. We were not disappointed! The fish tacos and lobster bisque were exceptional. If you're a lobster bisque lover, I highly recommend this restaurant. In addition to the delicious food, the friendliness and ease of ordering will definitely have me ordering again. Great addition to North Merrick!“

“Delicious food!This is my fourth time going to the restaurant, I’ve always been greeted with a friendly smile and a hello.I ordered tacos al pastor, and i was amazed to see that they make the tortillas fresh in-house & not store bought ☺️I also had a torta al pastor and it was delicious and fresh. Over this beats any other taco place on long island, so much closer than queens when your craving some tacos and torta :)“

“Food was good. but hate that i am given one price and then charged a different price and then told the $6 extra dollars are for taxes. When I have bought food there before and the receipt shows the original price. Highly disappointed in how they try to get every dollar. Makes me not able to enjoy the food/experience when I have watch what they say and do. Plus was told the extra charge after we paid.“

“Since opening in late 2021, Tony's Tacos has become a fixture in Huntington's takeout dining scene and a place I treasure for their imaginative and delicious Mexican-Italian fusion food. At first glance, the tacos can seem strange but I can attest that each and every single offering is amazing. Fresh, well-spiced and creative, with such a big variety to choose from in beef, pork, fish, shrimp and veggies. The menu seems to change often. Two of my very favorite tacos are the Piggy Shrimp (grilled jumbo shrimp, crumbled sausage, melted cheese, caramelized onion, cherry peppers) and Bolognese (ground beef, caramelized onions, melted cheese, red peppers, mushrooms, jalapeno), though I don't think either of them are still on the menu. Some of my other yummy faves: Short Rib Peter Luger, Alla Giovanni, Mango & Jalapeno Chicken, Beans & Brussels, Crunchy Cauliflower, Baccala, Chorizo & Peppers etc. On my last visit, I tried the new salcipappa quesadilla (chorizo and potato) which was AWESOME.Oh, and the margaritas are a great deal.Lastly, the heated outdoor seating is a blessing.“
