After waiting for a long time to get our food (and the place was not crowded, servers on their phones and snacking), the food was so-so. Fries cold. Not even room temp. Reuben had two thin slices of corned beef and an inch of sauerkraut. Bang bang shrimp were room temp.

Everything we had (Greek Salad, House Special Cheese Burger, Chicken Burger, Mashed Potatoes) was delicious and there were so many gluten free options for my wife, it was hard to choose - something that rarely happens for someone with food allergies. They can also accommodate for most allergies as Everything is made fresh and with care. We will be coming back here.Dietary restrictions: They will accommodate for gluten free diets and most other allergies

I went here for the first time last night with a friend and we both enjoyed our experience. The waitress we had was amazing and the food quality was also amazing. I have a gluten allergy and they really prioritized me having the best gluten free experience. Too bad I didn’t take pictures of the food because we were scoffing it down but love the impression 110 left on me!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

It’s sad to see a place that had a strong start fall short. Took my mom for her birthday dinner tonight hyping the place up… only to have ordered drinks and end up with something we didn’t order. Ordered appetizers only to have one piping hot out a microwave and the other Luke warm at best… waited in an empty restaurant for a dish come out burnt. Fries cold. And a steak dish to be cold and underwhelming. This isn’t a cheap restaurant I expected better.Our server was great, manager was attentive… however they have lost me for good…Still a great location and atmosphereFood quality poooooor!

The customer service here is AMAZING. I read some of the reviews of people saying the customer service was bad so I was scared. Our server was soooo sweet and kind. Food was amazing. I recommend the Buffalo Chicken Mac and cheeseKid-friendliness: My 8 year old brother (I’m 12) was so happy and the waitress was so nice to him it made his day

My daughter and I went to the Syracuse location for lunch. I have always had exceptional food and great service every time I've been there. I go there because I have Celiac Disease and trust you with my food, etc. Saturday, the waitress we had, I don't know if she was having a bad day, but she took our order and was very cold. She didn't look at us or hold any light conversation or even tell us about any specials.She disappeared, then our food came to us, she refilled our drinks, then disappeared. She came back and just put the receipt on our table without looking at us, no conversation, or thank you or anything. I paid $50 for lunch, which I will never complain about because I understand how much gluten-free food is.What I am upset about is being treated as if my daughter and I didn't belong or that we were a bother. That is unacceptable. I worked at several restaurants when I was younger and no matter how bad my day was or how pissed off I was, I never treated customers like they were invisible or an inconvenience.I just looked around and saw other waitresses that have served us in the past and they were wonderful to their hosts. I tipped my waitress $5 and wrote a note on the back of the receipt that I hope she had a better afternoon. I normally tip $10 or more because of service and the experience. She's lucky I left her anything.This might have been an isolated incident but it's bad for business and word of mouth can destroy restaurants. I got coffee at Finger Lakes coffee and a customer there told me they had the same experience at your restaurant 50 minutes prior. Relationships with customers and congeniality goes a long way.I just thought you should know. I've have been going to you're location for lunch and dinner for several years and this is my first complaint I have written to you, or for any restaurant ever. For the amount that this establishment charges you’d think service would be more attentive. I’d be nice to enjoy a meal without your waiter acting like she’s been ready to leave work hours ago and only really interacts when the bill is presented as a last ditch effort in hopes of getting a generous tip for horrible service.If you’re interested in overpriced dried up, burnt swordfish then this is the place for you, along with a burnt steak with fries meal that’s nothing like the picture displayed through out the mall.Please save yourself some time and money and just eat in the food court at least there you’ll get your moneys worth.
