Delivered by boyfriends food and not my food. Didn't even let grubhub nor uber eats know they didn't have the sirloin steaks. But still let everyone order it online and think it was delivered. They state its #grubhub and #ubereats problem because they should have stated it was not available. But even their carry states it was available. I ordered 2 times and it stated someone was picking it up and bringing the order too me and that was a lie. Never order uber eats, grubhub or door-dash for applebee. They don't care about customer's.

Took 1 hr. to get food with only seven customers in restaurant. Bad tasting soda (dirty soda gun?). Hair on plate. Hard, dried out chicken tenders. Over all a bad experience. Date of visit 03/24/24. 11:00am. First time there...... Will not go back.

I love this hidden little restaurant ? delicious as always, service is always wonderful, inflation sucks but thos Applebee's is definitely a delicious treat!!Parking: Huge parking lot.Kid-friendliness: The booths are usually open, when we go anyway party of 8!
We go about once a month. Mostly has been positive experience. Last Sunday lunch was not up to expectations. We were seated at table in bar area. Initially server was attentive and order was taken and food came quickly but server never came back. I had a disappointing crispy chicken sandwich. Chicken was tough and dry.

Good food at a good price. They seemed to be a little understaffed, as most places are these days, but the waitress and other staff were very friendly and attentive.

Do not order delivery. It will take almost an hour to get cold food even if you're only a mile away. Coleslaw is just dry lettuce and carrots. If you pay for a sauce with your cheese bites they don't send the two free sauces you're supposed to get. "Sirloins" are tough like jerky. Absolutely disappointing.

Upon arrival, keep in mind I placed the order 20 minutes prior, but curbside pickup was malfunctioning, so I say ok I’ll go inside. When I went in immediately the smell of the place mopped with dirty mop water. I stood in front of the waiter for about 10 minutes til she was done with her side conversation with a coworker and she finally asked if someone was helping me. I responded no one has helped me yet that I’m here to pick up my order and told her my name. 10 minutes later another waitress told me they’re making the milkshake now… another 10 minutes go by until I finally get my order. I decided to eat in the parking lot off to the side and right away realized one of the patties were missing from our double cheeseburger and tomatoes were added when they were not included. That was my wife’s burger, now mine didn’t look too bad until I bit into it. I asked for the burger to be pink still, so I expected maybe a medium cooked burger, but that burger had the texture of a crispy cookie! Way overcooked! We didn’t go back in figuring it’d take the rest of the evening on top of all the time wasted there already, so we still ate it and left. Almost 1 hour for the food to be prepared and it was disappointing. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen but this place needs to be on the Bar Rescue show!
