Not much bad to say about this location, yes it is in a not so great area, but that doesn't affect the service here. I normally go for breakfast and am always taken care of and food is done rather quick, maybe a couple extra minute wait but the food is always warm and fresh and well worth the wait. The staff greets and when they don't it doesn't bother as they are still fast and friendly

Everything was great.Did not feel like cooking or going out to eat and when you are hungry and want to eat now the wait is not long and the food I ordered was good. That is a win.

The food was ok . The service was slow. There were a few "customers" hanging out in the lobby and foyer that looked like zombies who had no place to go that kinda made me feel uncomfortable.

I'm not from the area and my visit was interesting. The staff were freaking awesome. Especially the two girls working front and drive thru on Jan 11 in the afternoon. However the local patrons I have less to say. These workers deserve a raise for the drugged out customers they have to deal with. Smh. Hope the sandwiches the ketchup dropper was given sobered him up. Sad that substance influenced folks is the norm for coming to visit Syracuse.
Great place if you want to ruin a pair of underwear.

I’m going to shoot striaght on this one. Location is dirty most of the time, the staff litterally either kids who are having a hard time focusing or hardened adults who clearly are working there court ordered. The orders are mostly wrong and last but not least drug addicts favorite hangout spot.
