Never go thereThe customer service at Burger King is extremely poor; where food is served cold and of poor quality, with foul language heard within the restaurant without consideration for the presence of children. Additionally, there is commercial fraud by the management, where customers are not informed of the mixing of fried pork products on oil with fries, chicken nuggets, and fish. We have also noticed mistreatment of employees and rudeness from the manager, reflecting the restaurant's lack of concern for customers' feelings and respect for religious laws such as Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, and other cultures that do not consume pork."

The guy at the window (whose name I regret to say I can't remember - 6:30 on the morning of the eclipse, if management happens to read these) was a godsend. He helped me navigate a part of Syracuse I'm not particularly familiar with in addition to providing fast, friendly service. Lad deserves a BIG raise. ?

The burgers with the toasted bun are the best. I love that they don't have onions. But today I ordered breakfast. The 2/5.00 sausage egg and cheese croissants are my favorite. Always fresh and tasty. There's never a problem for specialty orders. The hash browns and fries are amazing.

I just pulled up with my friends at 11:23pm . Waited for like 15-20 min to be attended at the drive through. When my order was taken - I was shocked … two girls put it a Latin music ? so loud that I couldn’t even hear myself. Those two girls were super rude , I felt like I owed them something. Super super bad experience!!!!!

While waiting for my order I can see how dirty the kitchen is and stacks of garbage in bins in my view in the back room... We get our food and go to sit down and there isn't one clean table in the dining room. When I say not clean... I mean filthy! Then food was poorly made and my Whopper that I waited 10 minutes to get WAS COLD! ...NEVER GOING THERE AGIAN!

I am writing this review because of the drive-thru window the atmosphere the drive-thru is disgusting there have been the same dirty dingy looking Windows outside, looks like someone threw vanilla milkshake on the outside it has been there for weeks I have informed the management drive-thru service however they have not done anything about it it looks disgusting it makes you not want to eat there I wonder what the inside looks like sometimes I want to go and clean it up myself !! don't think I'm going to go there anymore it says a lot about the cleanliness of the restaurant inside,I personally thank you
