Go early, otherwise they'll be out of multiple ingredients. Out of brown rice, out of black beans, guac is being reserved for Internet orders, and I think they were rationing what was left because they kinda drowned the burrito with cheese which may have been why it was so cold. Guy must have been overworked cause he seemed out of it. Nobody seemed happy to be there. Not the staff, not the dozens of people waiting. I think I'll only ever go to the location on Erie Blvd again.

The worse chipotle I’ve ever had in my life , rice too hard and uncooked, plus it was too salty , their food is jus awful !!! Highly recommend going somewhere else

theyll run out of items for food and not tell customers upon pick up. i live right around the corner so i went back to fix it and they said once theyre out, they dont refill their pans. i loved this location, but they just suck now.

Went in and got a bowl, but they were out of chicken and steak. I had no problem waiting the 5 minutes and even when they got finished they gave me amazing portions, and a free drink and chips and guac. Amazing customer service and they all are super nice! Thank you!

this is hands down the worst chipotle I have been to. Multiple occasions pick up orders or deliveries are not ready when promised. The staff and management are rude and condescending when you present concerns to them as if you are being given free lunch from a cafeteria. It’s a shame this is the chipotle on doordash as opposed to the one in dewitt or clay that has WAY better customer service and food
