I normally love coming to csp. They have good bar food and good drinks for a good price. But my last few bartender experiences with them has been terrible. This particular bartender that has brunette hair and kind of stocky has been giving me issues. 2 out of 3 visits I ordered drinks and she didn’t make them because she claim she didn’t see me to pay for the drinks and had me waiting forever to remake them. The last visit I had I came around 7pm she serves me and My friend . We then ordered food to go as well and when she charged our cards, she doubled charged us both. When I asked about the extra charge she claimed it was a false charge and it would eventually fall off. When I checked my account days later the charge never came off and same for my friend. I am unsatisfied with her service and I feel scammed . I come there for a good time and good food, but I will no longer visit going forward.

I ordered food today sept 13 to be picked up by a grubhub driver..I selected my sauces and wrote a note and hot sauce because that sauce were unavailable to add to order..now usuallly they a call or charge my card for the hot sauce,this day a woman name dandelion chose not to send the sauce and get smart about it costing with the delivery person.. which were very un called for and unprofessional..so I called and her whole tone of voice were rude and smart tone
