I recently patronized this establishment and encountered an unsatisfactory experience during my visit. At around 1 o'clock in the morning, I approached the register to inquire about accessing the restroom facilities. Regrettably, I was met with discourteous treatment from the employee on duty, who outright denied my request despite being a paying customer and having purchased a calzone. Such conduct reflects poorly on the business's reputation and is utterly unacceptable. It is disheartening to witness employees enforcing such policies, particularly towards customers who have contributed to the establishment's revenue.

Worst place to eat worst place to work, for they got mouse droppings all over the floor in the back and especially mouse droppings right by the dough maker and they don’t clean the pans that go’s in the oven and this is the Syracuse

I'm not impressed by their calzones. I think they're overpriced and they don't even stuff the calzones fully. I'm only giving them 3 stars because the variety on their menu is impressive but the food is mediocre.

The food is ok. They stay open pretty late, which is pretty nice, but the wait times are immense. If you're planning on getting food, you're better off ordering it an hour in advance. The atmosphere is pretty mid, which isn't bad, but chances are if you're there late at night around 12 or after, a crackhead will walk in, so be prepared for that experience.

Ordered at 4pm for delivery. Delivery showed 5:21. At 5:45 no food, call the store, they say they have it right there but no delivery driver. I walk the three blocks in a snow storm to pick it up. No apology or anything. Not mad that I had to go get it, stuff happens, I’m upset that they never called to tell me it wasn’t coming.
