We waited in the entrance for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to approach us to get a table. I eventually went to the bar and asked an employee how we get a table and they pointed out a women who was on her phone standing besides us the entire time who said maybe 2 words to us during our entire interaction. That was extremely frustrating, but once we were seated, our waitress Emily was fabulous. We got an appetizer platter and wings, food took 20 minutes but came out hot and delicious. Would go again if there are deals going on.

Food was not very good. Service was the worse I have ever experienced. Food took forever to come out. They brought out one plate then 15 minutes later another. One person waited well over an hour for CHIPS AND SALSA! Waitress hardly acknowledged us. Had to call her down for everything. Doesn't seem like most of the employees care to do their job!? Gaming is absurdly price and half the games don't work properly. Place is going down hill fast!

With all of those televisions not one of them had the masters on. Most of them played a pay per view loop .Needed more help. Waitress was a bit flustered. Not her fault. It was very busy.

Took 1 star off because the hostess seemed disinterested in doing her job. I couldn't hear her say anything. Waitress (Skyler I think) was very patient with me because I couldn't decide what to have. She was great. Food was great too!!! Fun times playing games too!

We were there visiting from PA with my family and cousins family who lives here. The waitress was pretty good. It looked like she was running all over as if they were short staffed. But it also didn't seem to busy. And I did see other workers walking around with little worry that they had anywhere to be.The games were fun. The management that put the points thing together was genius as you can't use them all..My food was delivered to the table at room temperature. The bacon was so cold it was as if it was in the fridge for 20 minutes before it came out. The rest of the family just dealt with their food. The manager came around and I told him. He wasn't sure what to do. I asked to remake and it was like he wasn't sure if he could do that.. He asked how everyone else's food was and no one spoke up with an issue. He said ok and went to another table. I waited 20 minutes and my food didn't come out still.The waitress came over and said all our food was comped. We were all surprised. I just wanted a new burger meal that was hot. Another 5 minutes went by and I asked if they were making my meal that I wanted then she went back.A few more minutes and all 8 meals came out again... Wth.. We were all in shock. The manager said they told him to make all the meals. 4 of our people never even received their original meals when I talked to him earlier. So wth happened here??Anyway, they packed up all the meals, we tipped the waitress, and went to play games.
BEWARE FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES!!! For almost 1k, I expected a bit more. The macaroni and cheese tasted like it’s been frozen and then thawed twice, the chicken bites were an appetizer, the fries were actually the best part. We had a total of 27 people, the trays are supposed to feed up to 20…I had 15 children and they all BARELY ate, adults had nothing. Good thing I ordered two extra trays which are also WAY over priced at $60 a piece, I was hoping the “dinner” that came with the package, fed at least the kids. The servers NEVER came to clean tables, offer anyone else anything different, and checked on us maybe twice and have to pay a gratuity of over $100…for….? I absolutely am a tipper, but when the service is worth it! For two hours, and appetizers that barely fed the children, and $900-$1000 later, for only two hours, we very dissatisfied…lesson learned and never again. We will be doing birthday parties elsewhere!

horrible. Food was cold sat at the table for an hour before our order was taken. The service sucks had to ask 3 employees for a waiter. And once the waiter came she was rude as hell me and my family will not be returning

Fun games - terrible service. Waited 20 minutes for our orders to be taken, over 30 for the food to arrive. Literally didn't receive any utensils or napkins - no checking up on the food / service, nothing.D&B needs to pay their employees more if they struggle this much with adequete staffing. It looked like a manager was the only server AND bartender. Been to several d&b locations and spent lots of money, by far the worst one i've been to. Hopefully they get their staffing under control
